I've always had a great experience with Lasaters Coffee. While at Tennova main hospital, the staff was very pleasant this morning and made suggestions from their menu to me. They whipped up a lovely pumpkin spice blended coffee to go with my pastry. while throwing away my straw wrapper, the pastry slipped out of the bag and they empathized with me so professionally and generously. I thank you for this experience which reminded me of why I love your coffee shoppe.

Great experience, very close off the interstate. Stopped on my way through. I could've done with an extra shot of espresso in my medium mocha to give it a bolder coffee flavor (personal preference), but overall it was very satisfying. Not burnt or overly sweet in a mellow espresso base.

They know exactly what I want when I go through the drive through, large cold brew mocha, extra cream, and light ice. don't stir. Oh yah! I wish they delivered or had discounts. Better than Dutch Boys. They run neck and neck with Black Rifle Coffee Co.pany.
Food is great and mistakes are easily fixed with apologies and prompt fixes! Atmosphere is joyful and service is wonderful! This is my go-to coffee date place <3
What happened to service. We wanted a nice coffee and breakfast sandwich. Got our coffees but waited 30mins to get our sandwiches. We sat waiting and watching as the drive thru customers got their morning goodies. We waited ..... finally I got up to check on our food. They said they were behind and I reminded them that the drive thru was getting their sandwiches. Finally got ours my husband's was cold and mine didn't even have sausage. Never going back. This was the last trip here where something went wrong.

I have nothing but praise for this place. The coffee tastes fantastic. The interior has a calm, comfortable vibe. Both the cuisine and service are excellent. They occasionally experience a staffing shortfall, but it is not their responsibility. I've been visiting this place for years!
