Lasaters Coffee & Tea

Usually get a medium coffee with cream and sugar with a cheese danish but for at least a month now this coffee shop has been out of the danish. Sucks because coffee and a cheese danish is the start of my day and usually it's the best.

Visited here on a trip through Clarksville. I've had bad coffee before, but this coffee.. Unbearable, to say the least. As someone who has travelled around the US, this was disappointing. Staff looks overworked for their pay and it looks like I am not the only one who thinks so based on these other reviews. Seems all over the place. Tried to give it another chance, but it was just as bad if not worse. Please do better! I read some more things online, and it seems like overall people agree and it's been rough- especially recently. A red headed girl gave me my drink, she wasn't in uniform. Overall very unprofessional on top of other issues.

wicked and demented people in upper management. you can tell the staff is overworked for what theyre paid which is exactly why this location in particular is going down the drain. they need a new manager urgently. just a sour place to be. not to mention whatever changes they made to their recipes have been a serious downgrade.

i feel bad for the staff! id hate to work there! i dont even like going anymore. not worth the price.

the aesthetic is kind of cute but the sango had bugs in it and the owner was just rude to customers 🤢 wouldn’t recommend

We ordered a turkey and Swiss panini and a spring salad with grilled chicken. The salad was very good but I think they should use fresh chicken breast and grill it and then the salad would be perfect. Caramel macchiatos here are on point and the coconut cream cold brew was delicious.

This used to be my go to coffee spot. I loved everything I got. I don't know if they've gone through some changes, but the last few months my favorite drinks have been consistently off. The service is always great, but paying $7 for a coffee just to throw it out sucks.

Food, is usually okay, the coffee varies wildly from staff to staff. But, Im very disappointed my coffee is almost never hot when I order from this Lasaters

I've always had a great experience with Lasaters Coffee. While at Tennova main hospital, the staff was very pleasant this morning and made suggestions from their menu to me. They whipped up a lovely pumpkin spice blended coffee to go with my pastry. while throwing away my straw wrapper, the pastry slipped out of the bag and they empathized with me so professionally and generously. I thank you for this experience which reminded me of why I love your coffee shoppe.

This place is inconsistent. Non of the associate that work there are even happy to work there. They all seem depressed..
It's a Saturday 1pm and kitchen is close. Do better

Always very clean, the staff are very nice and they have a Military discount.

Unfortunately it was not opened on Saturday morning at 7am as listed online and on the door. We came at 7:20.
