Food, is usually okay, the coffee varies wildly from staff to staff. But, Im very disappointed my coffee is almost never hot when I order from this Lasaters

I've always had a great experience with Lasaters Coffee. While at Tennova main hospital, the staff was very pleasant this morning and made suggestions from their menu to me. They whipped up a lovely pumpkin spice blended coffee to go with my pastry. while throwing away my straw wrapper, the pastry slipped out of the bag and they empathized with me so professionally and generously. I thank you for this experience which reminded me of why I love your coffee shoppe.

This place is inconsistent. Non of the associate that work there are even happy to work there. They all seem depressed..
It's a Saturday 1pm and kitchen is close. Do better

I enjoy the cozy atmosphere this place has, quiet music playing loud enough to be heard but not overbearing. The croissant sandwhich and bagel sandwhiches were delicious. The mochas are sweet and hot. Would recommend for both a laid back breakfast, or a quick grab and go breakfast.

This coffee tastes like it’s been sitting or like it's burnt. It’s always bitter no matter how much cream and sugar I put in it. It takes forever to get drinks out, I want to support this business but every time I go I’m so disappointed, I end up throwing out an $8 coffee. Even the tea tasted like the tea bags were sitting in it all day, it was a very odd taste and had tea leaves all in it.

As always an absolutely wonderful experience at lassiters. Not only is the refreshments wonderful the environment is relaxing and great for when you just want to sit and relax or if you have a business meeting and want to be able to get things done

I love the iced white chocolate coffee.When I can get it, I also love the banana nut muffin. Lately I've been settling for the chocolate which is also delicious especially warm!
