Lasaters Coffee & Tea

So I wanted to come here and treat myself to a pumpkin latte. Picked up and said it was a caramel latte and I expressed that I asked for a pumpkin and his reply was oh I thought you said caramel. Huge difference on how they sound but, anyways, never offered to remake it just kept saying I thought you said caramel. This is why I hate to try and treat myself. So, Lasaters won I guess.

Had my favorite Honey Citrus Mint tea!!! Croissant is legit!! So buttery and good size.

Most of the time Lasaters is great but this morning was not. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese muffin and a sausage cheese muffin. They only had one muffin left. So I told them to make the muffin the sausage and cheese and the other with egg on it, could go on the croissant. Then I ordered two drinks exactly the same. Blended mocha with two shots of espresso, oak milk, no whipped cream. She then repeated me back the order. When I go to pick up the food and drink drinks, I noticed they both had whipped cream on them. I figured no big deal, I’ll just get rid of it later. Then I got to where I was going and realized that the egg was on the wrong sandwich and the drinks that only had whipped cream, but there was no oat milk in it. I could only assume it was made with the regular milk.

None of this is that big of a deal but when you order something very specific and everything is wrong it’s quite frustrating. Especially since the order got more complicated because they were out of something.

Great drive-through location , my coffee was perfect and they give a military discount. It's right along the river so you can grab your favorite drink and go walk along the river. Thry also have a pay it forward board with prepaid drinks for different people. Like a Carmel latte for a tired mom or a drink for a firefighter. I thought that was a very nice pay it forward.

I am normally a big fan of Lasaters. I have been coming to their locations for years and never had an issue. The coffee is great and the staff are kind. Today, all I’ve eaten are a breakfast sandwich and coffee, both from Lasaters. I’m sad to report that the sandwich did not agree with me. As a result, my body has been revolting against me for hours. It’s been miserable. The sandwich did taste off, but it was also my first time eating this particular breakfast sandwich from them, so I didn’t know if that was normal. Don’t know that I’ll order that sandwich again.

I'm not sure if the employees drink coffee themselves but what I ordered and what I got were not the same.
I paid over 7$ and the 22% tip for a large latte with an extra shot extra hot.
What I got was lukewarm, milky bean water, and I'm certain the milk had turned.
It could barely be considered an espresso at all much less having an extra shot.
It tasted like regular coffee, with frothed milk, mind you I own an espresso machine and used to be a barista.
What I got was trash, to give brewed coffee in place of espresso, as a latte is a deceptive business practice.
Next time I'll just make my own coffee at home it's cheaper and at least I how I am getting espresso.

Tired of asking for them to cut my bagel, and it never being done, despite always leaving a tip I feel I’m pressured to leave. Drinks/service have gone downhill over the years and they always only offer the same drinks despite their competitors having a much better selection/menu. Didn’t leave a tip today, (mind you this has to be done before ANY services are even rendered) and once again despite asking for and being told that they would cut the bagel, I was quickly handed my order, and the employee disappeared behind her sliding glass window as if they just couldn’t be bothered, which just made me feel rushed and as if there was some sort of disdain towards the lack of tip left, but whatever, I opened the bag and what do you know, bagel wasn’t cut.

Blended white chocolate mocha was delicious. The iced vanilla latte could have been sweeter.

I have been to every lasaters in town, the best one is off exit 11. The one on Riverside is okay, and I prefer the one on Wilma more than Riverside. Riverside gets a lot of new people so it's kind of a guess on how your coffee will turn out, but friendly service. The only place I know that toasts the croissants for sandwiches is exit 11, the other 2 either microwave or leave it cold.

Was needing some coffee to help make a trip back home and didn't want to support a chain franchise. Found this place. It looked normal from the outside but it's a secret coffee by Jesus shop. They're charging Starbucks prices for Starbucks level coffee (not a compliment). The only redeeming factor here is that the people that work here are pretty friendly and hard working.

What few times I've tried the food has always been good. But, their offee is amazing. I have to get sugar and dairy free, but still tastes great. Def recommend Lasaters!

Ordered black coffee.

It was barely warm, tasted like it had been sitting in a decanter for hours, and definitely did not taste like specialty coffee beans.

I get that you probably sell mostly coffee milkshakes. But a place calling itself a coffee shop should do better.

Do not recommend.
