I’ve been coming to this s LC for about 3 years now. Service and food has been great till recently. The last 3-4 times we’ve ordered, the dough in the middle has been pressed so thin it gets soggy and sticks to the box. There’s way too much sauce so as the pieces break in half all the contents fall back into the box. Sometimes we can salvage a few slices but this past time not a single slice was edible.

I was eating when I noticed hair in my food with at first I thought it was mine when I then realized that hair was stuck inside of my food that it was cooked in my food. I have never had something like that happen to me getting pizza from here but that was absolutely disgusting.

If you don’t come early, don’t count on getting food. They WILL absolutely close early EVERYDAY! Several times I’ve come here and they aren’t taking customers, doors locked or blatantly just ignoring the drive thru window. I don’t know if the employees have switched in the last couple months but it’s a shit show now

This bread didn’t have a good taste. There’s wasn’t any butter and Parmesan cheese on the bread. It was just not good at all.
Not able to accept debit cards in person in the middle of the afternoon. Couldn't purchase online due to large volume of orders....

We switched from Dominos to this location because our kids prefer this pizza. We’ve visited 5 times in the last few months, and only one of those times was our basic cheese and pepperoni pizza actually ready for pick up. Twice we paid for food and were then told afterwards to go wait for an unknown amount of time in the parking lot and they’d wave at us when it was ready. Twice we were told they had no pizza ready and wouldn’t for 45 minutes, once because of a large order which had come in and once because an oven was down. Neither time was the staff polite about their lack of food. Having terrible service and no pizza once or twice may be excusable, but it happens so often it’s no longer worth the risk of driving across town. We will go back to ordering from dominos, where the price is just as good online with a coupon.

I don’t usually give bad reviews, because I feel like it helps nothing. But I think the owner of this location, Dennis McMillan according to the business license posted on the wall, needs to be alerted of what is happening at this location.
We ordered breadsticks, and wings online. A total of only $13 after tax. We arrived at the window and was were told it wasn’t ready. When asked when it would be ready, we got a shrug. So I said I would come inside and wait. Upon getting inside I spoke and was ignored the entire time. I finally asked, just cancel my order and I’ll lighten the workload, as they were obviously understaffed and behind on orders. The young lady at the register went to ask the manager (I assume) and he barked at her that he had no time to talk to anyone. As I continued to try and get an answer, I was not even acknowledged. I left and decided to come back.

Ordered their special for free delivery too them an hour amd a half to make the food and got pissy with the driver when he asked where my order was. And didn't get everything I ordered

Terrible service waited forever when I went to pick up food after waiting 20 minutes they said it be another 30. I told them I would like a refund they said no it’s OK. Just come back around five minutes and it’ll be done around five minutes later and they looked at me like I was crazy. Pretty sure the staff was high as a kite definitely will not be returning
