Little Caesars Pizza

This place is wild. Not a single employee wants to be here and they make it apparent; they’re super annoyed people walk in and order food. I get it though. 😂 I keep coming back though, and at this point the customer service is part of its charm. Never change LC.

The prices get crazy (it's a pizza place so I get it) them deals help tho. The food is pretty good. Like it more then other near by pizza places.

The girl working the front counter on 6-20-25 (friday) around 3-5, blonde hair, wing eyeliner, nose ring, was amazing and so nice and has great customer service!!
I placed an online order around 330 that was going to be for after work around 515, I placed the wrong time on my order and called immediately to see if I could fix this. She said no problem at all and that they'd be able to make it fresh when I come in for pick up upon showing my email confirmation.
When going to pick up, she rememberEd me immediately stating she remembered my time and has given the kitchen my ticket at 505 to start for pick up at 515. She was just so nice and sweet and usually most customer service these days are NOT!
So thank you girl for being so kind and willing to work with me on my mistake:)

Definitely don’t get the stuffed pretzel crust. Literally a stuffed crust with salt on it. What a crock. Lil Caesar’s is slacking big time! Should be sued for false advertising.

This is possibly the dryest pizza I've ever even seen let alone tasted. Essentially no sauce or cheese, burnt the tiny amount of cheese, crust hard and hurt to chew. Only ate this much of it because we were starving. Stick to exit 1, the other 2 are always disappointing.

First time going to this place and its the only one that don’t give out marinera sauce for the pepperoni cheese bread. Never go to this place ever again. Service sucks too very unprofessional and unorganized.

The quality of food is diminishing here, not sure if it's the location or just the company. The regular cheese pizzas barely have any cheese on them, assumedly to encourage you to buy the cheesier pizza. The crazy bread is much smaller with less cheese and garlic than it used to.
The service was good from the girl at the register, but the folks in the back were cursing up a storm. Everyone in the lobby could hear it, including me ... with my child.
I won't come back to this location, and if other locations have lowered their quality of food too, then it might be the end of us as customers.

My singular opinion based on my singular experiences: Need better supervision. Just my opinion but it is hit or miss whether the pizza will be good or not. I once checked the pizza, the pepperoni was mostly to one side. When I asked them to look at the pizza, the only response was 'a lot of them are like that'. About three of the workers stood there telling me that. They didn't offer to replace it or remake it. Recently purchased one and it had been sitting in the warmer long enough for the grease to soak the crust all the way through (my fault for not checking it until I got home). Just my opinion: if you want a cheap pizza of mediocre quality, this is the place. It's not bad, just check it to make sure it is FRESHLY made; and made correctly. I mean, how hard is it right (yes, worked at a Pizza Hut for 5 years before joining the military; I know all about making pizza and some of the business side). Price is close to it's competitors now, at least the specials. We actually paid the extra $2 to get a better one from Dominoes. This pizza can be excellent if made correctly. For this place, just check your pizza before you leave. Not sure of the owner comes by and spot checks what's going out to customers or what's sits in the warmers. Don't have to believe my opinion review, but when you get 3.6 starts out of 5 for over 770 reviews; indicates something might be going on.

The customer service here was horrible the manager seemed to have an attitude problem BIG TIME. Will not EVER be back something needs to be done.
