Two words that little Caesars employees have no respect for pretzel pizza I'm so tired of going to locations and saying they don't want to make it or online only. It's part of your menu so the employees that won't make it need to be fired or suspended cause it's not there choice. Make the pizza and shut your mouth.

I ordered online, had to wait like 15-20 mins and when I got home discovered my crazy bread was like this :( How did someone think this was okay to give a customer?? I had already ate a piece on the way home and really hope I don’t end up sick 🤢

Food was as expected, its Little Caesars. Now the staff and store itself have to be among the worst. Staff was super unfriendly, and the store was very disorganized employees seem to be untrained or just a lack of enthusiasm leading to poor customer service.

Got three pretzel pizzas and two hours a crazy bread and a crazy bread was old stale and hard as can be and the pretzel pizza only with half covered with cheese and no salt. This was the third time I had major issues with the food from there. This last time when I called the store to discuss the cheese missing I was abruptly hung up on

The workers kept complaining about costumers and cussing while children were sitting in the lobby. All that yelling was probably why it took 25 minutes for one pizza to come out. They didn’t even have the uniform on. It was so unprofessional it felt like I was at party. They were so loud I got second hand embarrassment. Like this place is real ghetto.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The customer service was not pleasant at all. A young woman working that evening—tall and white—mentioned she was tired, but that does not excuse the unwelcoming attitude I received. Her demeanor was rude and lacked basic courtesy. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of how someone feels during their shift. If you’re not in the right headspace to work in customer service, it’s okay to take a break or consider another position—but taking it out on customers isn’t acceptable. Management should be more mindful of the service standards being delivered.

Won't be returning during busy hours considering I walked in and ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and some pepperoni puffs, took from 7pm to 740pm to get my food. I'm patient but that was a little much for 2 pizzas and some damn puffs. I'm pretty sure they gave my food away and had to remake it or something cause there was people coming and going left and right didn't make sense. I asked several times and each time was told I'm waiting on puffs. I had to be at work at 8, I wasn't pleased at all with the wait time and service.

Owner needs to know when it’s storming and possibly bad weather you need to close your store don’t be greedy and ignorant!!
