Bought 2 orders of crazy bread and after getting them home, I find out there not cooked all the way through. I didn't even bother calling them. Just tired of all the low quality items and paying top dollar prices

I ordered Little Caesar’s delivered and it’s what you would expect. It’s cheap pizza and it fills you and your family up. There is better pizza in town but Little Caesars is usually faster as they always keep a few different pies “Hot and Ready” in large ovens in the front. I also ordered a Hawaiian pizza but ended up getting another pepperoni so I actually had to go to the store and debate the order with the manager. But he remade everything and even let us have an order of wings to apologize for the issue. Kind of defeats the purpose of delivery though…
Self explanatory… The middle was very hard! My daughter had already ate before I realized this. I had to have someone pick it up, i wish it was checked before. Smh… why would you send something out like this? Literally boxed it up and walked it to the front.

If I could give this store a zero I would. After messing up a pizza and demanding we bring it back to the store so they can see they messed it up, they proceeded to mess up a second pizza. While it’s not that big of a deal what is a big deal is when I point it out and the girl working the front counter goes in the back and complains about me who is standing in the lobby. While she is complaining, I hear the people in the kitchen join in complaining about how I’m “being unreasonable” and “why won’t she just take the pizza and leave” and “I just want to go home so I don’t have to deal with this.” If you want to have subpar food and be talked bad about when they know you can hear you go to this location.

This establishment is losing so much business at this location. I don't know who does the hiring? But ya'll need to start over and get a staff that acts like they need a job! If you are open till 9, why are they not serving customers past 8? I was told nothing was ready and it would take 45 minutes to get an order, so I didn't spend my money at your store! 11/27/23 @ 8:12. Nothing in your store takes 45 minutes to make, so don't lie to paying customers because you are lazy, that is stealing from the owner. The staff's behavior is unexceptable! Take control of your store!

This location redeemed itself for me! Pizza was awesome! Everything was fresh and even though I ordered online it was hot and waiting on the pick up area. Thank you for your improvement and making things seem less and DELICIOUS Keep up the great work guys!Parking: A little tight for parking when it's busy, but it's the engineers and designers' fault the area is tight.
This place should be shut down or fixed quickly. The girl up front was taking orders at the window and front counter. She was very unprofessional saying everything was falling apart, couldn't get help while goofing off with the guy in the back. The guy in the back was more interested in goofing off with the girl up front than making the food. The third person on the hot and ready was quiet and working. 3 customers were turned away, 5 other customers were complaining about the service and wanted to speak with a manager.They need to work on professionalism and focus only on the job at hand. Cut the distractions.

I have been coming to little ceasers every sincei was a kid an have had NO COMPLAINTS with pricese or service NOTHING! BUT YESTERDAY THIS STORE ABSOLUTELY RUINED it all! As a father of 4 I have very picky boys ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO PIZZA! With that being said Im not wasting my time due to a busy schedule! I asked for half and half: one half pepperoni and the other half pineapple an ham! As the receipt said half an half I was out of the door 30 min later I called in the manager requested he get his pizza back if I wanted a remake an that is exactly what I will do bring him the other half in a week or 2 an have him remake what his crew was incapable of doing the first time.AWAFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LEADERSHIP! FOR A FEW MORE BUCKS I SHOULDA WENT TO PAPA JOHN'S!

Horrible. Ordered a hand tossed pepperoni n mushroom and got a pepperoni deep dish with mushroom from a can..literally just poured on an already made pepperoni. Crazy bread tastes like it was yesterday's CB. Stay far away

Went in at 7:15pm to grab dinner. The girl wasn't friendly at all, I asked for crazy bread, and she said they weren't making anymore bread for the night. Like WTH?! How do you not make bread when you close at 9pm. Needless to say, definitely some unhappy children at home tonight. Disappointed!
