Little Caesars Pizza

Was ubering and had to come here to pick up a pizza. Was told it was going to be a 10 minute wait which isn’t a big deal. While waiting the employees started to verbally fight I’m assuming or it was directed at me for waiting. Not sure but the driver with blonde hair and a half fade was complaining and the two women prepping were yelling at him. Got here at 13:37-still waiting at 1400

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and extra pepperoni in the drive-thru. I also ordered a pepperoni puff. They didn’t ring up the pepperoni puff. There were NO APOLOGIES when I went back inside to correct THEIR mistake. They also didn’t put extra pepperoni or sauce on my pizza that I PAID FOR! Clearly your pizza makers can’t read! I asked for a remake. They remade it but unfortunately, I got a pizza with tons of pepperoni and zero sauce. I PAID FOR EXTRA SAUCE!!!! The little girl up front, Lyzette, was very unconcerned that nobody could get my order right. Frankly her attitude sucks every time I come in there. It took 45 minutes to get a freakin’ pizza and crazy puffs and they weren’t even right! The crazy puffs were burnt and not edible and there was NO sauce on the second remake. I told the employee who gave me my order that I wasn’t happy, but I took it. I threw that mess in the trash and went to the McDonald’s next door. Y’all need to overhaul the WHOLE STAFF! Hire competent people, please! Until then, I won’t be back! I will be contacting the corporate office first thing Monday! There is DEFINITELY a good reason y’all have a 3.4 Google rating! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

I placed a online order named Mackenzie October 26 2025..I did not get my complete order and missing the crazy bread..been trying to call since I got my order but no one is answering the phone. I am pissed if I can't get my food then give me my money back. I will report y'all to better business bureau I'm sick and dealing with this shit.

Well the only issue I have is it is never hot and ready it is hot and wait. Came here three Fridays in a row at the same time and had to wait 15 mins each time and they say well lot of people been coming in which is understandable but if you are have that rush weekly at the same time you should be more prepared

Been trapped in the drive through (1 vehicle in front of me at the window), for OVER 20 minutes. Not one person has come to the window. I had tried calling multiple times with no answer.

We went in for 2 cheese pizzas, the pizzas were horrible. They barely had any cheese on them. We payed over $15 for this? This is ridiculous. You can see where the majority of this isn’t even covered in cheese….

Ordered two hot and ready pizzas it was a 25 minute wait and one of the employees was cussing and saying that if a customer is mad they can cancel there order.

Every time I come here they have a line reaching the road and they never have hot and ready pizzas prepared. Even though this location is 2 miles from my house I still always end up having to go to the location by Exit 1.

This branch is the best..everyday they were very nice and friendly ..like Allen keep it up thank you!! And there some other ones as well I want to say thank you..

No Customer Service Skills in the whole building, opened the drive thru window and I almost vomited from the smell of Body Odor, which was so bad that the 🍕 smelled like Body Odor. This is supposed to be a pizza shop not a gym. $5 pizza for $7+ body odor and never available for placing an order either (what is the point of a phone number?). Kids smoking weed inside and peddling munchies. The owner should be fired.
