Ordered two hot and ready pizzas it was a 25 minute wait and one of the employees was cussing and saying that if a customer is mad they can cancel there order.

Every time I come here they have a line reaching the road and they never have hot and ready pizzas prepared. Even though this location is 2 miles from my house I still always end up having to go to the location by Exit 1.

This branch is the best..everyday they were very nice and friendly ..like Allen keep it up thank you!! And there some other ones as well I want to say thank you..

No Customer Service Skills in the whole building, opened the drive thru window and I almost vomited from the smell of Body Odor, which was so bad that the 🍕 smelled like Body Odor. This is supposed to be a pizza shop not a gym. $5 pizza for $7+ body odor and never available for placing an order either (what is the point of a phone number?). Kids smoking weed inside and peddling munchies. The owner should be fired.

As an Uber Eats/Washer and locked lobby was most inconvenient. Wasn't able to put into heat bag while in the driver's seat.

Food is always good from this location. Picked up in store and Pierre was super quick, kind, and efficient. A+ for this visit and staff member 👏🏻

They might as well not even have a phone number listed 🙄 as they never answer it . And as far as customer service, that is also non-existent .Buy your pizza anywhere else except here

Service was ok and timeliness was great however one of our pizzas came out burnt. The cheese looked nasty and unfortunately we didn't check the pizzas before we left the store. I tried calling a lot but no one answered. I tried a slice to see if it was at least ok tasting to eat and it tasted horrible so that was a waste of money and a pizza. We also got buffalo wings and normally I LOVE buffalo wings but heads up the buffalo here taste more like pepper ( as in salt and pepper shakers) with a hint of buffalo but the ground pepper taste is very overpowering and I do not recommend. If they made regular buffalo wings without the pepper taste, I think it would taste great.Normally we have good service and food here and if someone answered out of all the times I called I would have given another chance or gave a higher rating but they knew that the pizza they gave should not be given to a customer, it didn't even taste like cheese, I'm sure you can imagine the taste based off the picture.

Store phone doesn't even work. Management at the store is terrible even franchise order because he can't fix the mess ups his unorganized crew makes and lose customers.
