We ordered DoorDash a 16 oz ribeye & a 12 oz rib eye with what was supposed to be load baked ypotatoes but they only gave us butter. The steaks tasted like water with a hint of grilled flavoring. They were cooked correctly, (we ordered a medium and medium well) as far as temperature but the taste was like chewing a sponge. They could’ve went with the basic seasonings, salt, pepper, and garlic but the seasoning was non-existent. We haven’t eaten here in 2 years & now I remember why. Let the grill get hot enough to char which creates a compress flavor even if the seasoning is low or off. I don’t like their Caesar dressing it’s very vinegary. $80 wasted

I had the worst food poisoning and called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He said it couldn’t possibly have been from their restaurant. I’d give 0/5 stars for lack of ownership of the situation.

About 1700 on a Monday evening. The bar side was busy-ish. There was one other table in the dining area when I was seated.

I never saw a server except from behind. After ten minutes, I still hadn't even been offered a drink. Determined to have a mediocre experience at least, I went right down the road to Longhorn. I had a drink, bread and a salad in less time than I even waited for a server at Logan's.

Trust the reviews, folks. They're not wrong.

We've been overseas for months and so we were excited to enjoy a reunion dinner with friends at Logans, only to be very disappointed with our experience. They have removed some of our favorite items from the menu (eg fried mushrooms) and the service was incredibly slow. It took over an hour to get our food and it finally came only after we asked about the delay. There were several missing items and some other errors even when the food arrived.

As to the extended delay, the manager first told us we shouldn't have sat in the back area if we wanted to be served in a timely manner. Timely service should be provided everywhere in the restaurant and in any case, we didn't choose those seats, we were seated there by the hostess. Next, the manager blamed the delay on having new servers. New servers should not be a problem if they are properly trained, which was clearly not the case.

So, we loved Logans for many years but now we will be spending our time and our dollars elsewhere.

Carryout order at Wilma Rudolph location. No rolls, no condiments, no silverware or napkins. Several items not correct and 12 oz sirloin was inedibly tough and stringy.

I ordered children's steak tips and baked potatoes along with sweet potatoe after 12 hour drive for the kids to go to bed.
No after this
Steak tips, I am making one a peanut butter sandwich.
The other kid will be up all night. Who the hell pours Carmel syrup on an sweet potato with marshmallows.

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME ORDERING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT VIA UBER EATS FOR THE FRIED CHIECK SALAD. BOTH TIMES THEY LEFT OFF MY RANCH DRESSING THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR!!!!!! DO YOU KNOW HOW IT FEELS TO PAY $30 PLUS A $9 TIP FOR A SALAD WITH NO DRESSING????????? AND WHEN I CALLED THE RESTAURANT I GET A SORRY BYE MAAM CLICK!!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!

stayed nearby after driving all day. we were seated immediately at 7pm on a Saturday night. Service was excellent and on point. Beer was nice a cold and the food was hot and served fairly quickly. We saw the Nachos were new on the menu so we decided to give them a go. Highly reccomend them. if staying in one of the nearby hotels you can easily access Logan's without getting into traffic.

Are server and manager were very nice. What was not nice was waiting almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks from the bar. One of them being a tap beer. Second issue was it took over 40 minutes to get our food. Then my food had to be sent back because it was not properly cooked. By that point I had lost my appetite and was just ready to leave. None of these issues were our servers fault. she can't bring things that aren't ready. The steak did have good flavor but I'd pass on the Parmesan rice.

Great food. Even better service. Michelle at the bar is on it. Great positive attitude and I have not seen her level of focus on work in a very long time. Highly recommended, good for Logans for having a great staff. It makes all the difference!
