Logan's Roadhouse

When I went in to pick up my roll order which was take and bake. Which were sitting on a shelf. Wait 5 minutes when they had 3 people standing at the hostess desk chatting. Then the girl near the pick up ignored me until and she saw me. She only came to help because one of the cooks said something to her. She found my rolls and basically threw them on the counter at me. She was very rude. And did not say anything to me. I informed the hostess, after the hostess Thanked me and wished me a Merry Christmas.

No wait, almost no one there. Food was excellent. They are known for steaks, which were prepared perfectly. Good salads, love the rolls. Service was too friendly; I'm not there to make friends.

The food was cold ,my order was so wrong. There must have been a hearing problem won't be back I used to enjoy eating here I really don't know what happened!!

Ordered 3 steak dinners. All 3 were cooked wrong, two sent back. Recooked twice and still wrong. This was one of the saddest steak dinners I've experienced (and of course it was my birthday). Manager finally told us they have NO ONE working who knows how to cook steak, as the kitchen staff and management just did a turnover.

My family and I came here and were immediately sat and had our order taken quickly but the night went down hill from there. Our server tried very hard but either misheard what we said or wasn’t paying attention. My sister’s drink tasted awful, our rolls were either dry or under done and my sides were wrong. Our food was cold and our bills were all wrong. Our server seemed to have either left before we were able to discuss this with someone so we just paid and left. We all agreed not to go back. Would have liked a discount or something but couldn’t get anyones attention.

We're there waiting a hour and 15 minutes waiting for our food never got it I got mad paid for the appetizer and drinks and left that place is barley hanging on and you get treated poorly I don't understand that place used to be awesome.

We come together as a family we eat together as a family, the plates came separate two to three minutes apart... This was a birthday dinner... Order a medium cooked steak, I think they just knocked the hair off the cow and put it on the plate...under cooked potatoes... Plenty of steakhouses to choose from this will not be one I would do again

If you deliver food for any service, do your best to avoid this location. They NEVER have your items ready in a reasonable amount of time. If the app says it's ready at 730, be prepared to wait until 8. Horrible time management and the managers would rather flirt with the waitresses than help get orders out. Truly pitiful service.

My food was overcooked the sweet potato was dry and disgusting

This had to be one of the largest Logan’s we have ever been too. Had two huge rooms for parties. The only down fall was it took forever to get our food. It was very good but it was a Monday and it took over 30 minutes to get it and there were only five tables in the whole restaurant.

Had Tabitha as a bartender and was a rockstar. Not a long wait for a Friday night. Food was better than expected with a flavorful beautiful cut of prime rib and the banana pudding sure pleased my sweet tooth. I’ll be back soon!

11-22-24 6:00 pm. Our server Kaitlyn J was the best. She made eye contact, she smiled and joked around. Great performance, personality. When my wife and I come back we will ask for her section.
It's hard to find people like Kaitlyn. Keep up the good work young lady.

Dear management: It was a wonderful experience again at the Clarksville,Tennessee location. This is twice we've been to this restaurant.
Store was clean and all the employees were smiling. No one had an off demeanor. Can't wait to come back. Mike and Joycie from Indiana.
Side note: the up sale was perfect. Of course I'm stuffed like a turkey. Well worth the money and experience. I was happy to spend $128.33 on my meal.
