Our waiter was rushing because he was at the end of his shift. He left and did not advise he was leaving. We had to ask for another waitress and had to inquire about the birthday desert. The food is great. The second waitress provided better service.

The chicken sandwich and fries here at Longhorn Steakhouse won't disappoint you at all. Our server was overall excellent and very as we ordered our food. Would recommend everyone coming here with your loved ones and perfect to have dates :) I am truly satisfied visiting my 1st time at this location. Will give it an A+++.

The food was really good and we were there and awfully long time just because it was really busy but there were a lot of weird people out in the parking lot parking and leaving their vehicles unattended. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they were actually using parking spaces.

My fiancé and I came here for dinner last night and had an awful experience with the restaurant. They only brought his food out and since he was very hungry I insisted he eat without me. It took about 30 minutes for my food to come out after his. We flagged down at least 2 other employees to see what was going on as our waitress was no where to be seen the whole meal. No one was very responsive or communicative. He had already finished his entire meal and waited some before receiving mine. I should’ve noticed this as soon as I cut into the steak, but it was completely raw and I ate the majority of it. Just to note I ordered medium.
The food still tasted good, especially the sides like the Mac and cheese and fries, and the appetizer bread was amazing, but the steak was very average and raw. I haven’t gotten food poisoning, but I left that evening paranoid I’d get sick. They said they would discount our ticket because of the inconvenience, so we were thankful for that, but when the bill came out we got only $5 off a $55 ticket which we thought we could’ve at least gotten a free dessert or something with that. We still tipped 10% even though we usually tip more like 25%.
This part wasn’t their fault, but the only reason we went to Longhorn and drove 30 minutes to get there was because we had a gift card that would get us free dinner for the both of us, but realized when the bill came out that the gift card was for Outback Steakhouse which was next door.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was very clean. The waiter and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back again!

I never been to this one in Clarksville. Glad I stopped by everything was great. From the mixed drinks ,draft beer,and the food. Guy behind the bar named Nick was a great host and knows his job very.Grood to all the staff, keep up the good work .👍👍

me and my family went out to eat here recently, and let’s just say it didn’t meet our expectations. our server, bri, had an absolutely disgusting attitude and acted as if it were an inconvenience to be waiting on us. our drinks sat empty for over 30 minutes, everytime we asked for anything she rolled her eyes and took a while coming back with it. this is not the establishment’s fault at all, and the food was wonderful. i hope we can have a different, more positive experience in the future. look into hiring better servers!
