Waited at the door for six while being ogled by an apparently drunk older gentleman, while wait staff just did everything except acknowledged my presence. I went so far as to ask a seating patron if we were to seat ourselves, he said that we have to be seated. He looked around and then shook his head, bc it was weird that no one had come or said anything to me. Two young ladies who appeared to be hostesses and /or servers came from the back, stopped, then stood in the dining area continuing their conversation. I left. I called, requested to speak to the manager, and proceeded to tell him what happened and to do better. Longhorn is SUPPOSED to be better. Heck, even McDonald's acknowledged you as soon as you pull up to their window. ??♀️

The food and our server were awesome. However, when we asked for a kids menu, we were told they were out of them. The server could recite it to us. Also, we were a party of 6 and there were only utensils for 5. When we asked fo another set, we were told they didn't have anymore. There were 2 forks in each setting, so we could share.

Wouldn’t put us in a table large enough for our family of 5 - crammed us into a booth big enough for four, and said we’d have to back on the waiting list if we wanted a larger table. We had already waited a half hour. Ridiculous.

OKAY LONGHORN! It’s been a minute since I’ve been here and I was impressed. Order steaks, lobster and lamb chops. They had a bit more burnt char than I would like but they were good to perfection and the steak was really juicy. The lobster tails were pretty tasty too. I didn’t need a sauce for anything really. Nicely made strawberry salad with the raspberry vinaigrette dressing on the side. Didn’t eat the bread.Check your order before leaving. Girl forgot to include our salads. To go parking is accessible.

Those spicy chicken bites are so good, too addictive. They aren't overly spicy. This is one of the best apps I have had besides certain restaurants spinach dip. I will make white rice and go pick up 2 orders of the spicy chicken bites and call it a night. I need to start taking more food pics when I go out. If you haven't tried them, order them next time, if you don't like them, I will come take them off your hands lol. I love polite servers, and I am bad with names but not faces.
After a 10hr straight drive home from Florida, and close to closing, this place still gave us a seat and served exceptional food! Rarely are steaks not cooked the right way, and if so: they get you a knew one in a jiffy!Always great service and atmosphere, especially with the right company!
