Pizza is average but the cheese bread is great. The pizza doesn’t have many toppings. We got a large sausage and each piece only had about 3-4 smaller pieces on it. However, the beer cheese we got with the cheese bread was amazing. This is a good option if you have a coupon or if you’re trying to feed a lot of people. That said, very efficient and fast service. You can order online or by phone.

Ordered a pizza and it never got delivered. Nor did they call to let me know. 2 1/2hrs waiting. They never came and I’m pretty sure they never started the pizza to begin with.

We love luigis. Weve only been to this location; their pizza is always fresh and delicious, and they do not skimp out on toppings. Check out this PERFECT CIRCLE

I have only had one problem of a cook getting my order wrong, but I do not let it stop me from delicious pizza. I understand on weekends a pizza place can be over whelming. The drivers have always been nice and or considerate. Some times a driver may forget a drink, but they are always nice enough to come back and not pull something like “store credit”.

Tried Luigi’s for the first time since we received a coupon for a free large pizza or “a 20 inch for only $8, plus fast, free delivery.” We were told on the phone (when we called back after 75 minutes) when our total amounted to more than we thought, that the coupon meant “$8 off a 20” pizza.” That was not what was stated on the coupon. Very misleading. We were quoted a delivery time of 20-45 minutes. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our order. The pizzas were basically cold. The $9 “boneless wings” were tiny, 1” pieces that amounted to about 1-1/4 cups worth. We asked for buffalo sauce but they came with no sauce. The pizza was average tasting at best. The cauliflower crust pizza was salty as heck- to the point I didn’t want to eat it.We were also charged a $2 credit card fee which would have been nice to know when they asked for payment type as opposed to when we called back after looking over the total vs what we expected when we itemized everything. I’ve never been charged a credit card fee for ordering a dang pizza.Kinda wish we ordered from Dominos instead. Will not be ordering from them again.

We had this delivered for our grandsons birthday party the pizza is the worst I have ever had, the sauce is acidic and tastes horrible. The cheese they use is like plastic and they are very stingy with the toppings not to mention when the pizza arrived it was cold and looked and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. Will never give them business. How slow does the service have to be to arrive that cold and unappealing.

Luigi’s has lost my family’s business over something honestly ridiculous. Before the recent tornado, we ordered from the Ft Campbell BLVD location typically two times a month (sometimes more!)- it was OUR favorite go-to and they were so accommodating and helpful when it came to them leaving a small section of pizza cheese-less for my toddler who is on a dairy free diet. Not once did I ever have a problem, in fact, I remember one time one of the team members measured it out and went above and beyond to make it PERFECT- It had really touched my heart. But the Lowe’s Luigi’s manager was adamant they could not leave less than half a pizza cheese-less. It didn’t matter the size whether it’s a Texas sized, a Large, a medium, etc. I couldn’t ask for a couple slices or 1/4 of it to not have cheese on it. It does not COST them anything to leave a small portion of a pizza cheese-less. (What is the point of Prep Notes/Instructions if you can’t actually make any requests?)And my child is a toddler- with a small stomach- they do not need a half pizza or a whole pizza for themselves.Customer service and accommodations are a 0. And the manager did not offer any solutions besides saying, “They weren’t supposed to do that.”
