I ordered a milkshake and three macarons. Everything was delicious! It was the perfect stop after the farmers market. The milkshake was a drinkable consistency that remained for the entire cup. You know when you get milkshakes that are too thick to drink thru a straw or ones that start fine but end watery — this milkshake had zero of those issues. I got the apple butter at the recommendation of the store owner and couldn't have been more pleased. Loved it. When I got to the end the whipped cream was still completely intact and I ate it all. It was so good I asked and she confirmed it was made from scratch. I could taste that difference in quality. I really enjoyed the macarons as well and don't think you can go wrong with any of them. 100% coming back next time I am in town.

The business is cute, and the atmosphere was right on, BUT, there the macaroons were good! However, in my opinion, nothing else was good. I wanted to like this place so I ordered a chocolate croissant (one of my favs) but it was tough. I tried a couple others but it's gonna be a hard pass for me. It's a family owned business and I wish them nothing but good!!

The hubs and I stopped in yesterday on the way to a BBQ as we were asked to bring desert. Staff sp super friendly and helpful. So we got 1 of each flavor cheesecake they had and a Carmel crepe and a lemon crepe. Everyone said their desert was delicious! The couple bites I had, I have to agree.
We also got a couple of lattes, and if your looking for the real deal without all the sugar to try and hide the bitter this is the place to go. Will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing experience!! We had a savory crepe, lemon cheesecake, brownie and coffee. EVERYTHING was delicious! My husband had the lemon cheesecake and said it was the best cheesecake he's ever had! The owner was a delight to talk to and extremely helpful and patient as I made up my mind for my order. Highly, Highly, HIGHLY recommend! 20/5 stars!

I recently connected with a childhood friend and we decided to have brunch at Madeleine's today! I decided on the club sandwich, without ham and bacon, with a side salad and strawberry lemonade drink. The sandwich, salad and drink were all SO GOOD. Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish my food but I would definitely order this again!

I had been to Madeleine’s before and had a great experience, but this time not so much. We were initially the only ones in the cafe and it took over 30 minutes for our family of 3’s order to be completed. My entire order was incorrect (I had asked for drinks that didn’t get rang up), the drink we did get charged for (a bottle of water) didn’t get brought to us until the last plate came out and we had to ask for it. My plate (which was the last plate of our order that took over 30 minutes) was taken to the wrong table and then brought to me after someone else essentially touched the plate. And then the other person in the restaurant at the time as us asked for napkins and the worker who looked like she was wearing pajamas (including her pink fuzzy slippers) went into the bathroom and got a roll of paper towels and handed them the paper towels from the bathroom!!!! The front doors were locked and we were told to leave out the back.

I hate to leave a bad review, especially for a small, locally owned business, but it was awful. We got 3 different crepes and they were not at all the right texture or color. They looked like wet, limp noodles. I gave 2 stars because the meringue cookies were decent and the blueberry "sauce" was flavorful. They were out of Madeleine Cookies. I never have to return nor would I recommend to others.
Kid-friendliness: They offer smaller portions for kids. The drink choices for kids and adults is pretty much what you'd expect at McDonald's not a bakery/Cafe.
Not sure if it’s the weekend thing but the deserts taste old and stale. And I’ve not yet seen the deserts full like they are in the photo. I’ve gone here 3 times on the weekends. Service is crazy slow even when you’re the only one. I had to wait for my crepe 10 minutes after I was finished with my main food. Even though there is 2 people working. And had to remind them a few time the flavor I wanted. Just to find out the girl that was making my food went outside on her phone and forgot my rest of my order.

Ordered some BLTs for breakfast, the bacon was perfect! Service was great! Cozy place for sure only needs some light music to break up the silence. For sure will be back!

My friends, my fiancée, and I entered the restaurant at 3:30, not receiving our first food item almost an hour after that. If my fiancée hadn’t gone up and asked what was taking so long I’m not entirely sure that we would’ve gotten our food at all. The grilled cheese wasn’t even melted on the inside, the “Sunny” crepe had no tomatoes in it even though it was advertised that way, and my oreo cheesecake was practically room temp even with it being in the chilled display case. We just now got the final sandwich, 10 minutes before closing. The one person who was working while we were in was incredibly snarky when my fiancée asked about our food and it was incredibly disrespectful. I don’t think we’ll be back, the quality and ambience that we loved about Madeline’s just isn’t there anymore.
