Ordered from Best Western. Salad had old nasty lettuce. So gross. I had to pick it all out. Ugh!!! Wasn't fresh. Sandwich was warm but VERY TINY. My husband said it was a terrible steak and cheese sub. I thought it was fairly good. They didn't deliver napkins or forks at a hotel. Can you imagine? The driver was friendly but the food was way overpriced. Don't order salad. There is no pride taken with the food we were served. Never again.

Placed order for delivery. The Magnifico Sausage was great!! Airy crust, flavorful sauce, plenty chess and Old World Spicy Italian Sausage and mild Italian sausage was plentiful. Delivery was excellent in quick turnaround. Well worth the money!!!! Will be ordering again!!!

My delivery was missing cheesy bread, I called the store and they reluctantly offered to re-deliver within 30-40 mins. It’s been almost 2 hours and nothing.

First time trying to get pizza and I ordered a pizza off of Uber over an before they closed for delivery and tell me why I don’t get cancelation call or anything no text saying they can’t just a text from my Uber driver saying they closed 30 minutes ago after I waited 30 minutes and was told it’d be delivered in the next 20 minutes. All yall had to do was call and tell me you were closing early I’d have gone and ordered elsewhere extremely unprofessional. Why are your business hours not accurate my entire dinner is ruined thanks to your unprofessional business habits and awful customer service. now everything is closed and I don’t get dinner thanks for nothing. I’ve worked at restaurants where we had DoorDash and Uber I know how the process works and I would call people if our hours changed or if we couldn’t for any reason. I also called the location and nobody answered.

UPDATE: Day shift manager resolved the issue so I bumped this from 1 to 3 star review.

ORIGINAL: Please fire the little boy who took my order over the phone on 10/5/2024 around 10:30-10:45pm timeframe. Night shift workers are completely incompetent. Placed an order I CALLED THE STORE DIRECTLY, yet they gave the order to a Door Dash driver. MARCOS gave the Dasher the wrong order. I called the store. The kid on the phone CONFIRMED TO ME he had MY order still sitting there. I arrived right at store closing to pick up the order. HE GAVE MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE, then had the balls to act like it wasn't a big deal and that I can call the store in the morning and get a refund. Unprofessional attitude and refusal to correct their mistake. I NEVER have a problem with day shift. This was my first time ordering from night shift and MAGICALLY everything goes FUBAR. Kid sounded stoned on the phone.

It’s the first time we tried Marco’s Pizza, and it was a big hit with family. We’ve been getting fliers in the mail for years, but never made the trip. We all enjoyed the pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon bread dessert. We definitely prefer Marco’s over the other chains - except for maybe Jet’s pizza. We will definitely order from Marco’s again.

While we don’t have a problem with the actual delivery drivers as I do not believe they are packing the orders, items are consistently left out that we have paid for. For the most part it’s usually an extra dipping sauce that we have paid for! We usually order pizza on Friday nights and 9 times out of 10 the sauce that once again we have paid for is not with the order. I also get that $0.69 isn’t much and we have just let it go on multiple occasions, I also get once or twice but all the times that this has happened start adding up, and at the end of the day we’re paying more for our meal than the next guy for the same thing minus the dipping sauce. This evening they did not bring our salad, the driver was very apologetic and my wife told her not to worry about it but I’m just fed up with it. Management seems to just not care either, they did say they would send it out but that was how about an hour ago. Pizza is now cold! Not sure who owns this franchise but please get this straighten this out, I’m sure it’s happening to others that order from Marcos on tiny town.

Maybe this is a good experience in person, but online, it's terrible. I received a flyer with coupons, so for 30% off, I thought I'd give it a chance.The inital ordering was clunky, but I'm a dinosaur, so I was okay with that. However, when it got to adding my coupon, it kept telling me it was invalid. I thought maybe they were coupons that hadn't started yet, so I was disappointed, but accepted it. So then I tried to use the coupons that were on the original landing page, and those didn't work either. Only the ones that are apparently linked to my location, and that was one cent off my pizzoli.A penny off. Oh boy, that's almost like a 30% coupon. ?I guess this is a corporate versus franchisee issue, but they need to get it figured out.I would have just not ordered, but I had gotten my family worked up about trying the pizzolis, so I went ahead and paid full price.Thankfully, I also ordered a pizza, because the pizzolis were mostly bread and flavorless. While they were filling, as bread tends to be, there were nothing special, and I wouldn't recommend them unless you're literally about to die of hunger. The pizza (Magnifico) was great and the only thing that was redeeming about the experience.I absolutly do not recommend their website, most of their food, or their delivery. Save your money and go somewhere better that actually honors the coupons they send you.I gave the atmosphere three stars, just because I don't want to be negative about something that I haven't seen, but Google won't let me post the review without it.
