Food is great and great price. I judge pizza restaurants mainly on their tomato sauce as it is the base of many of their dishes. I love it honestly for this price range it's pretty good! It wasn't sweet like I usually taste from most tomato sauces. It was acidic and tasty. That being said, the food we got was great. Garden pizza, supreme pizza bowl and a sausage and pepperoni pizzola.

One of best pizzas I've had since moving here from Chicago. Trust me, I know good pizza. That brings me to the price. All the other places find a way to change as much as 9 dollars service fee and then comes the tip. All I can say is "Way to go Marcos "

Apparently they do not have delivery any more. No drivers. So, if you want your pizza delivered make sure you call ahead and verify they have a driver on staff!
Y’all. They put the work in! Let me tell you. I have had there cheese bread before and gave up. But, they must me under new management. Y’all the food. ? too good!

Ordered delivery and requested the pizzas not to be cut, because apparently, nobody there knows how to cut a pizza into even slices,i mean, come on, almost 1/2 of the pizza was 1 inch slivers and the other half was almost 6 to 8 inches across the crust. SOMEBODY PLEASE TEACH SOMEBODY the PROPER WAY to slice a pizza. I used to work in pizza shops, and if we would have sent out a pizza that looked like a kid with a pocket knife cut it. Switched to Marco's, now, am regretting that decision. We even called to make sure the pizza would not be cut, open the box, and what a surprise...s jigsaw puzzle. Not anymore, going back to Papa John's where they know how to follow a simple request like "please do not cut", means exactly that.

Did not honor coupon for 13.99. I ordered several items and mentioned I had a coupon for the pizza. Figured they would adjust the price when I presented the coupon at the location, and they did not.

A recent previous reviewer worded it perfectly: “Old, hard, dry, and just nasty.” The first time we used this location the food quality was great, but service was extremely slow. We tried them again for delivery and it was bad (as stated above). Tried a couple months later (today) to give them another shot and it was just as nasty: hard, dry, and overcooked as before. Not to mention their promised delivery times are always much longer than they say it will be. Good bye Marcos.Side note I am from Knoxville and the Marcos there are AMAZING. Disappointing it’s not that way here.

Customer service is terrible here. We ordered online and they did not have our order completed. Had to wait another half an hour. Then they messed up the order. Would not recommend them to anyone if you actually want to eat.

The two young men working tonight were so kind and asked my wife who was delivering for Uber Eats if she needed assistance bringing the order to her car, since she had our 7 month old with her. They did not have to offer that help which is what made the customer service stand out!
