Give people the food they paid for!! Spent 30 minutes waiting for my food. Called to tell them this and they just tell me they are short staffed, didn't ask me what I was waiting on. 10 MORE minutes later, I had to go in and ask for a refund, because they sure didn't care to give me my food. DON'T PARK WHEN THEY ASK YOU TO IN DRIVE THRU

After asking for a replacement sandwich due to a mistake, the second sandwich has a large wad of hair placed in the center and appears to be on purpose. The GM, To’Afa, was very little help and had very little concern until the health department and police were being called. She finally filled out a report after 43 minutes of being here. I hope whoever was employed and did this no longer has a job.
