Horrible wait time and soggy fries. Had to wait 15 minutes for my food. Then they give me it and I told them I also ordered a frappe. Was told to move up and waited another 15 minutes. Literally forgot about us coming up and giving us another order for the car behind us.. What a joke. Then they come up give us a caremal frappe which we ordered a mocha

Stood waiting my order for 10 minutes. Was handed food in bag though I said it was dine in. 6/29 9:30am

6 piece nuggets drive thru wait for 15 minutes?! For one item and a bottled drink. Drive to a different McDonald's or different region if under the same management. Update: wife went in... No apologies and drive thru attendant was on phone... Did he even put order in!!!!!! Management do your job.

It is nonsense to expect that everyone who goes through the drive thru has ordered from a mobile app. If someone has ordered through a mobile app then maybe pick up your order from a different location than the drive through line.
Why is every single store in Clarksville act like they can't place orders from 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.? Even though each store says they're 24 hours. And if you ask them when they can't place orders they act like you're the problem?

Everyone was very pleasant. The food was fresh and hot . Came in with my daughter and siblings and honestly had a great old school McDonald’s experience lol

Straight up thieves work here. Went to the drive-thru one late evening. After waiting in line for over 30mins with only 3 other cars (no one behind me), taking the order of cars arriving after me, I finally gave them my mobile code at the speakerbox as they requested. They were out of an item, so I told them to cancel and close out my account/order as that unavailable item was all I wanted, and so I drove away. Looking through my previous orders on the app a few days later, I noticed they never closed out my account from their register, rung up items shortly after I left, and I ended up paying for that since my card is attached to the account. Never again.

Extremely rude staff had the worst customer service experience here definitely won't be back. Manager was nice but better more kind employees should be hired then the rude people I kept having to face here
