I’ve been a customer at this McDonald’s since 2012, primarily because it’s the closest location to my home. Over the past 13 years, both food quality and, more notably, customer service have steadily declined.
This morning was the final straw. I ordered an Egg McMuffin with cheese and found a black hair, approximately an inch long, in my sandwich. That is unacceptable and should never happen.
Food quality has been inconsistent for years—generally mediocre, especially the fries and hash browns—but the larger issue has always been customer service. Over at least the last six to seven years, basic courtesy has been absent: no greeting, no “thank you,” and no acknowledgment beyond completing the transaction.
This visit reflected that pattern. My order was taken curtly, payment was handled without a word, and the food was handed through the window and the window closed without any interaction. This is not an isolated incident. I have raised customer service concerns with management twice before, and the experience has continued to worsen.
This location appears to exist solely due to convenience, not quality or service. The hair in my food was the final straw in a long-standing pattern of poor performance.

Went through the drive thru this morning, they weren't very friendly to begin with but my biggest complaint was that my egg mcmuffin was burnt. They weren't busy, so they obviously weren't in a huge hurry...I took a picture before throwing the entire mess out. My advice..look at your food before pulling out of the parking lot. I was on my way to work (this was at 6:40am December 1) so I couldn't go back. They also were not answering the phone. No surprise there..

This location is probably the WORST one to go to in Clarksville. Their customer service is an absolute joke and are rude and half the time the food is either cold or they completely get the order wrong. Everyone working this location needs to get their stuff together and the manager needs to do a better job with their employees.

Never once have they got in my order correct I ordered extra fries and they gave me apple slices and still charged me for the extra fries.

Editing to add, McDonald’s idea of making it right was to send me a paper for a free Big Mac. No thanks. Won’t be returning.This is disgusting.

They are very rude and there frappe machine is always diwn it seems all the time just like the ice cream machine.

Getting a little pricey for fast food. Drive through is so slow your better off sitting down. Watched 6 cars get there food after I had been waiting 20 mins. Ridiculous

Team - great, employess, very pleasant and nice, but I had ordered a mini oreo mcflurry to-go about 40 minutes ago. Not even 10 minutes after mixing the oreos with the ice cream and eating it, I found hair in the mcflurry. I was so grossed out I threw out whatever I had left. The fries I ordered were perfect though. So overall 4/5. But next time please get some hair nets for your beards or something 🤢. This is the second mcdonalds I went to where there was hair in the food. I normally go to this one- I trust that the food is good here, but the other one is a mcdonalds I never usually drive by. Im just disappointed.

Epic fail yes, I already ate some, but it was in the process of trying to find a phone number to call from my DoorDash, so may not be the correct McDonald’s and I apologize if it’s not but there’s no egg no sauce. The only thing I requested to be not on the bagel is onions that they got correct.
