Not a place to go to if you value your time. I ordered a daily double, waited 15 min without anyone in line or anyone else waiting on a order. They didn't even package it properly, just threw it in the back making the whole sandwich fall apart. Worst McD's I've seen in a long time.

The food is fine. The service is slow but polite. They don't seem to be very organized about having customers in the drive thru pull over to park. They tried to give me someone else's food. The teenagers hanging out there after school can be rowdy.

Undercooked food. Took about 5 minutes for the staff to come out front to talk too. They did end up refunding out burgers, but McDonald's getting pricey for garbage food. I guess they are cutting costs by not cooking things all the way now.

This location was initially great when it first opened and quickly became terrible. The service is bad, they forget items, sauce and now the toy in the kids meal. Half the bun is compelety burnt, lettuce was brown, couldn't even finish the mcchicken, it was disgusting. Terrible, find a different location

When I’ve gotten food, it’s been pretty good. The “stud” manager pushes excuses. They’re slow. I’ve been forgotten about after being told to pull up to the front of the building.
I’ve been craving a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. So, Friday I pulled up after utilizing one of my “offers” through the app. Then I’m told “we’re still getting everything set up. It’ll be about another 10 minutes.” I don’t have time to wait. You “open” at 0500, and it’s already 0510! This location is missing a huge opportunity! It’s the only option “open” at that hour, and it’s located beside a QT truck stop with a conjoined parking lot/driveway. At 5 in the morning, the truckers are stirring and looking for food before hitting the road.
Since my Friday stop, I was told the same thing Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (today). It’s not the responsibility of the kid at the drive-through. How about a manager take the responsibility. It’s not my fault that you only have two people on staff.

The best part about this experience was Isaac (not sure of the spelling because no one wears name tags). I went through drive thru and had to circle back around because of my drink not being on my order. Well, both drinks were missing the syrup so it was only carbonated water. I came inside to get it fixed and Isaac helped me. Everyone else in the back was on their phones and one girl was eating the fries our the basket when they weren’t on their phones. Then I asked if they could remake my fries since I had to wait 10 mins for them to fix the sprite. I could hear everyone in the back moaning and groaning when Isaac asked for a remake. The guy on the grill asked me for my food back that was being remade as he was the biggest culprit in complaining. Y’all need some adults on the night shift as there are too many kids on their phones and stuff not being made correctly.
It was my first time at the new Martin McDonald's. And the young lady happening was new also. She was wonderful and my food was great. I had a short conversation with her and she directed me to the place where I pick up my food.

On multiple occasions I have had to wait extended periods of time. This time it was over 20 mins for a drive thru order and just like every other time at this location it’s been the wrong order and the food was cold. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible location with terrible service.
