These folks in the morning are lazy, if you work overnight and looking somewhere to grab something to eat, pick literally anywhere else. Used to grab lunch or breakfast depending on the time, never had issues. Now all of a sudden their grills are off between 3/4. Ordered at 3:30 before I knew that, no problem, my fault. So I ordered on the app before 3 (around 2:45/2:50) to give time before this mythical shut down. And still decided not to cook. Had to get a refund TWICE and wasted my time both times. There’s a QT next door, a Waffle House not too far away. Heck even the McDonalds on Wilma Rudolph will still cook between 3 and 4.

So let’s start with the drinks. I had four frappes, and they were stacked in cup holders that weren’t secure. When the employee handed them to me curbside, the whole tray tipped over and spilled all over my car — the floor and center console were covered.

I went inside to clean up and had to ask for napkins since none were out for customers. The lady at the counter was very rude when I came back in a second time to ask for more. She loudly said, “I was just up there,” and even asked, “What do you need them for?” I was beyond frustrated, but I stayed calm and respectful while explaining myself.

Then, when I checked my order, I realized I was missing a Happy Meal — which has happened before at this same location. When I went back in to ask about it, the same employee started yelling what was supposed to be in the meal and acted like she’d never packed one before.

I don’t know who owns this McDonald’s, but the staff really needs customer service training. I’m a nice person, but not everyone is going to be as patient as I was. Thank you — I won’t be eating there for a long time

Truly horrible experience. Ordered sweet tea, got lemon sweet tea and an attitude trying to get the right drink. Ordered ranch chicken wrap got spicy wrap and another bad attitude to get the right thing, “you took a bite out of it”. That’s how I found out I was spicy not ranch.

No one taking orders at the counter as they have the self service. A guy came in wondering where a person was to take his order and joked with another in disbelief. Once inside it took about 20 minutes for my order to be complete and called. Slight disorganized chaos. Who works where back there 🤔 Fries were delicious.

I never pick up fast food expecting it to make my day better, it’s just a convenience thing. But the ladies who work the drive thru during breakfast at this location are the absolute sweetest.

The worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Customer sevice means nothing to these folks. And obviously judging by the reviews and comments, management could care less. Go to the McDonald's off exit 11.

I just want to say, ms joy in the lobby is amazing the time me and my husband ordered on the kiosk she was so helpful and nice , as well as the girl with the butterfly neck tattoo in the window haven’t yet got her name the young lady has amazing customer service and is very sweet me and my husband look forward to seeing her every morning! Have not had good service in the drive thru for a while but she makes it great every morning !

They do not have a menu to look at behind the register, not did they have an associate working behind it as well. You have to do everything by the slow screen ordering.
The water there taste like it had dirt in it. It was not tasty at all. You could even taste it in the sweet tea.
The service speed was good, but the service in general was subpar. The food wasn't bad but the water beverages was gross tasting.
