The food is fine. The service is slow but polite. They don't seem to be very organized about having customers in the drive thru pull over to park. They tried to give me someone else's food. The teenagers hanging out there after school can be rowdy.
It was my first time at the new Martin McDonald's. And the young lady happening was new also. She was wonderful and my food was great. I had a short conversation with her and she directed me to the place where I pick up my food.
On the slow side considering there’s not a whole lot people inside the restaurant and there was nobody in the drive-through and all we ordered were some burgers but other than that it was a good experience. The young lady at the window that gave us our food was very sweet and polite and we appreciated that. Being someone that worked in the customer service field for years and years, I really appreciate when young people have great customer service skills.
