How about this McDonald’s take some of the older folks and put them on evenings (they all work breakfast) MY GOODNESS THIS MCDONALDS NEEDS TO DO BETTER! go to Hopkinsville and see how it’s supposed to be!!!!

Apparently the climbing area is closed due to "flooding". There was no water anywhere to be seen on the floor. Also, with as slow as they were why was the main area of the dining room nasty? Ketchup and other sauces on the floor and employees standing around

Dude working the tele was a total asshole for no reason and just gave attitude. They up charged me for a water and I never got it. And I asked for the meat to be cooked fresh and of course they made it well done instead. I’m out $15 and need to go somewhere else to eat…

Food was great. Service wasn’t. We come in and someone is at the front stuffing their face with fries while we were ordering our food at kiosk. Bathroom by play area was absolutely disgusting. Dry pee on toilet seat. Toilet paper thrown everywhere , trash was over flown with diapers and not to mention poop splatters in the toilet. The play ground smelt so awful. Sprite was out , tasted like syrup. However, the food was hot and fresh so I can’t complain too much. No one was rude but definitely not the friendliest but who knows what someone is going through at home.

Went inside due to the drive thru being backed up. New interior, remodel looks great. Kiosk ordering is so nice and food comes out fast and hot.
After shopping with my niece and her family, we stopped in to have a bite to eat. The staff was friendly. I got a quarter pounder with cheese meal. After eating, I felt awful, like I had rocks in my stomach. Then we drove to nashville for what was supposed to be a weekend of jazz at rudys jazz room. Unfortunately, I missed all 6 shows because I could not be more than a few steps from a bathroom all weekend because of the vomiting and diarrhea.
Also the bathroom in the playroom was unsatisfactory at best Broken toilet and the paper towels to dry your hands were on the floor with no significant any holder.

Ordered food at 11:09am - the food was brought out to my car after being told to pull to a spot at 11:45am. Over 30 minutes of waiting for 2 meals - only to get home and one of the meals not be in the bag. They said their food was backed up for 45 minutes which is absolutely insane for a fast food restaurant. So not recommend for something quick.
