I would also like to take a minute to address and issue that I'm not sure others have pointed out.
I think McDonald's is doing a disservice to anyone who doesn't use their app. And that's alot of seniors for sure. They may have a cell phone or even a smart phone, but choose not to download fast food apps, so I really feel it's cheating them on deals and prices for sure. I use the app sometimes (and I'm a senior) but not always. Today I was just checking (out so I thought) on the price of fries so I would know what I was going to be paying at the window. Only to find out that I was charged 50 cents more because I didn't use the app to place my order. That is just CRAZY! And greedy. Just plain greedy. I'm thinking of taking my business elsewhere. Seriously. š”

Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. The girl at the window was extremely rude and slammed the window in my face when I corrected her telling me my order which she had wrong. Horrible employee who doesn't deserve a job.

Literally NEVER get the order right. Not sure how only ketchup and onion somehow gets mustard or only pickle on it everyā¦singleā¦time. I could even get past the mixup if they didnāt act like they were inconvenienced that they had to workā¦at work.

Constantly forgets things. Slow. I don't remember the last time they actually included the sauce for my son's happy meal. Workers are rude and today the girl danced while I waited for five minutes for them to figure out if I paid through the app or not.

Currently been at this location for 50 minutes waiting on two happy meals ordered off the app. And still waiting, I will probably hit an hour. Not sure what needs to be done but I have seen plenty of order numbers that have gone in after mine and have been completed and left before me.
Update: took 53 total minutes waiting at location for 2 happy meals.
Second Update: after I got home they also didnāt put the apple slices in either happy meal boxes.
They need more responsibilities
