I am so tired of the constant lack of attention to detail this location puts towards external orders. I have ordered from Uber Eats from time to time, and, without fail, this location forgets to put items into the bag, whether it be sauces or an entire item. Also, what’s with not putting straws in bags? You’d think, “A drink is in the bag; let’s put a straw, or they have nuggets; did they order sauce?”

These worse they work on their time they screw up orders they park you all the time because they move so damn slow. They need a good manager in here to run this and get these people here working out that don’t wanna work very rude. Employees as well.

I did not get all of my order and when I got home I noticed it and called and politely stated I did not get all of my order. The manager was rood and i was rushed to order at the drive thru. Burgers are dry, chicken nuggets are dry, and there is no customer service.

The service was bad, food was old for example my frys was cold and burnt. I ask for the manager and I can hear him the back acting for what. He complains that their short staff and he foesn’t have time to listen to me. One of the other server step in his place and took care of my complaint. The lack of leadership there show why Mcdoanlds had been going downhill.

My roommate David (Ari) Tilley who works at this location told me about all the roaches and ants that are just walking around at this location. he said it’s dirty and gross in the back and he doesn’t know why people eat here. That’s from an employee so that’s saying a lot

Placed an order thru the drive thru, took my payment quickly but took around 30 minutes to give me my food, but everyone else who kept coming through the drive through got their food. Unacceptable service, all the McDonald’s here in Clarksville are terrible, better off supporting local small restaurants.
