I ordered 3 hotcakes with bacon and a hot chocolate with caramel. First, they forgot to give me one of the 3 hotcakes that I ordered. Second, the hot chocolate is white… it tastes like warm milk without any chocolate or caramel. This isn’t the first time this has happened at McDonald’s (not just at this location).

After my horrible experience at 2961 ft campbell location, I called to get info to complain on management. The manager at this location, Matthew, is so sweet and so kind. He made my order correctly and and did something he didn't even have to because it wasn't his store that gave me grief. However, he definitely put a smile on me and my 9yr old face, due to his kindness. A little definitely goes a long way. So thank you again, Matt. I really appreciate you.
