The cheeseburger meal o purchased had been under the heat lamp to long. Bun was very hard, burger dried out. The men's bathroom was filthy.

We ordered french fries, When we pulled up to the window to ask for hot mustard, The girl told me 27 cents. She was so worried about charging me $0.27 for hot mustard that she forgot to give me a straw. And a medium fry and a small fry and a small drink cost over $10. Outrageous!!!

This location is definitely the worst and nastiest McDonald's I have been to. Some of the staffs clothes are so dirty you would wonder when's the last time they washed them. Walked in and was sliding on the oily filthy floor, the kitchen is a site to see you wouldn't believe my description of how bad it was unless I took pictures. Everytime I come here I always have a problem. I decided not to come here anymore regardless of how bad my kids love the fries.

I seen who i think who was the wanna be half ass manager be condescending too me over asking for refill on my drink , a door dasher , another customer and 2 employees in a matter of 5 minutes. If Id worked here I'd hate it and she was very unprofessional, fire her for being a bully. How you mess up interacting with 5 different people in 5 minutes

When ordering they are not attentive. The Big breakfast was not as pictured. They took forever with the food. They continued to ask me what we ordered after having us move up. They didn't give me a straw for my frappe.
Waited in line for 20+ minutes with one other customer who gave up while we couldn't because we already placed a mobile order, with NO service at all, not even asking to wait. After that time then we were asked to wait, and another 10 minutes later we were asked to wait again. Absolutely horrible experience.

If you are able to go to another McDonalds, do it. We ordered our food through the drive through then parked for my little man to use the restroom. The moment I opened the door to go inside, I was appalled by how dirty it was. The floors were filthy, tables covered in food. Trash cans filthy. Then, we go into the bathroom and it was even worse. Trash cans overflowing with feminine products, dead bugs by the toilet and overall disgusting. We left and at this point I was hesitant to eat our food. On our way to the car, someone was walking inside because their order was incorrect. Then, so realized I didn't get my drink and my son didn't have a straw. Dreading to go back inside, we did. I couldn't help but look around at how dirty the place was. We finally got our drink but noticed the lack of professionalism, the employees not properly handling food, stuff being dropped and the pure lack of customer service. We will never be back to this location and this property needs to be inspected by the health department ASAP!
