Slow slow slow. Took 5 min for my buddy to order a number 2 and a number 3 plain and simple because woman behind counter dont know her job. Then we wait another 20 minutes on food and maybe 10 people here sorry servicewont be back

What is McDonald's doing anymore even? No drink machine inside 20 min wait for food that I had to put in myself on a console. Could of went next door to Logans and sat down and been waited on for the same price or cheaper.

Lobby was completely trashed, most of the floor had a layer of some kind of slick grease from the kitchen, our order had multiple things wrong, and most of our food items didn't taste very good/fresh. only good thing was the shift manager fixed the wrong items and was nice about it

This has got to be the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I waited over 20 mins and they messed up my order. You can hear the workers in the back swearing loudly. The ones taking orders were dismissive and rude.

I'd give it zero if I could. Drive through packed with 13 cars waiting about 20 mins now meanwhile the manager on shift is apparently outside so the workers don't do anything or answer the phone? Terrible customer service and possibly the slowest mcdonalds in America.

Service negative 5 stars.We waited in line, no joke, for 40 minutes -- and the only reason I didn't leave is because I already paid for my mobile order and didn't want to lose the money.Also their trash was overflowing, pretty sure I saw a cockroach crawling around by the register. There was smoke in the air that smelled like burnt food.These people just don't have the coordination of a normal fast food place.Also my food was cold and old.I've been here multiple times, thinking maybe I'll have a good experience, but I always have some sort of problem.

The manager here needs a bit of a wake up! Multiple cars in the drive thru, and teenagers waiting inside! No one got to order! The Manager decided they just weren’t taking anymore orders, and it didn’t matter if the food was already paid for (Uber eats/doordash)! This was at about 10:30p. Thankfully the teens inside came out and told everyone in the drive thru! I personally was there about 20minutes before they came and told us!

As soon as we got there, they chose not to answer on the intercom and made us pull foward to the window, then they kept asking if this meal was ours we repeatedly told her no, she did not pay any attention to us and kept having side conversations with other coworkers. After 10 minutes of trying to order food they finally understood because they weren’t listening, they told us to pull up to the side window and would bring out out food. We waited outside for 30 minutes, and they never came. I went into the store, stood at the counter for 10 and they just ignored and kept having their side conversations and fighting. After 10 minutes of waiting one guy finally came up and asked what we needed, and we asked if are food is ready because it’s been 40 minutes. He asks for the receipt, and then I found out no one had started on our order and, they just had food sitting around and weren’t giving customers their food. After another 20 minutes of waiting they finally made our food, the food was cold, we ordered a McFlurry but it was only half the full. We asked the manager why it wasn’t filled all the way and here response was “ I don’t know it’s my first day” and she repeated that multiple times. No one was apologetic, no one offered anything, this is fast food there no reason this should take 40. We could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been done in less time. While waiting for our food, I went into the bathroom and there was an employee smoking weed in the bathroom, then left it on the ground. Not clean at all, bathrooms were filthy, looked like someone had peed every where. The floors in the sit down were a mix of slippery and super sticky, it was clear that no one cleans that place on the regular. It wasn’t busy at all and it still took over an hour.

One of the biggest fiascos I've seen in a while. Many drive thru customers coming in w/ wrong orders. Plus, Orders wrong inside. Workers walking in circles bumping into each other. They need training. No one working the registers. Not everyone uses the self checkout or wants to !

Waiting in line forever at 12:29 at night with about 6 or 7 cars behind me and one in front had to call multiple times and they answered and hung up every single time just to get them to remotely start taking orders. They then answered the speaker and were rude the whole time and didn’t even say a total. Waiting 20 minutes at the window without our payment even being taken. Surprisingly the lady at the window was nice. The fry’s were cold but the burgers were okay. I understand being busy at night or short staffed but the lack of communication about it was just absurd. I guess that’s what you except going to McDonald’s though.

Date: March 25, 2024Time: 10:30pm (Central)This is not my first time at this place and every time, I went, I had horrible experiences.I am writing this review for incompetent workers refuse to work when management personnel is gone. They make excuses like "having power issues", "having issues with ____" and say the place is closed.Exiting the drive thru and workers seen around the corners on their phone.Worst drive thru, do not go here.Filing a official complaint to McDonalds corporation after observing that this place does not improve over time.
