literally the worst mcdonald’s. waited 30 minutes for my order of 2 cheeseburgers and fries in the pick up spot. went inside and everyone was giggling and throwing food at each other. that is insane and ridiculous. get better.

We rarely go to Mcdonalds and we went as a special last minute dinner idea. We ordered for 4 and did not get any straws, no bbq sauce for the chicken nuggets, no toys in the kid's meals, and I got my kids ice cream cones and one was huge while the other two were tiny...not a great situation when you have 3 kids... The fries were hot...so there is a posative... 🤣🤷♀️

Customer service was terrible! Staff was extremely rude! Told me they never received my order. Showed them the receipt and app statement showing they received it and that I was charged. Still waited 15 mins after 35 minutes to just get 2 drinks and one sandwich. This McDonald's always has the worst customer service and never willing to make it right by their customers. I am a GM of a facility next door. Alway hear issues about them by my customers and staff.
