I've received a raw quarter pounder at this location in the past. My most recent visit had me waiting in one of the drive thru lanes for 15 minutes while they took orders from everyone in the other lane. After they started taking another order from the other lane I pulled away. I was never even acknowledged as being there.

First off, the people that served us were great and very friendly. Our food came out quickly too, and it was fine.
The store was absolutely filthy, though. You can see some of this in my pictures, and it was more extensive than what is shown.
The floor leading to the bathrooms was coated with grease as well. If it hadn't been raining, this wouldn't have been an issue, but wet shoes combined with the grease almost made both me and my wife slip.
If we are back in the area, we will probably choose somewhere else.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life. Two lanes and only one person works them , one at a time. That same person also works the register too. I wait 20-30 minutes for a meal here and I WISH I was lying .

Slow, for mobile pick you want to report dashers for hitting arrived as they walk in, but you mark orders as complete and available to pickup before you even start the orders, and we wait 15 to 20 minutes for it and take the hit for your unmanaged system. Unacceptable.

this place is a literal nightmare. once the sun goes down the employees lose all common sense or something. they only do 2 cars at a time from the speaker all the way to the second window then do the next two. it is the most ridiculous system ive ever seen & its every single night. ppl are backed up into the highway because they dont know how to complete orders in a rush with their timer going. it just took me 40 minutes to get to the speaker & i was the 4th car in line. now it has been another entire 10 minutes since i gave them my code & i havent even made it to the first window yet. i never leave reviews but this has me so baffled daily for the last year. they need a whole new staff, management SOMETHING but they need change quickly

i can’t go here without something being wrong with my order and anytime i order sauce whether it’s drive thru or doordash i never ever receive them. why charge for something consistently if they don’t consistently put them in the bag.
The night shift crew is AWFUL! I have been sitting at the speaker waiting to give my mobile code for 11 minutes now! Instead of taking our orders they have you sit at the speaker so it doesn’t start the “drive thru timer” that ranks their store’s efficiency. 14 minutes now and I’ve finally made it to the first window……. 17 minutes to get my order if one quarter pounder. Worthless service.

Not sure how this McDonalds is so low rated when in my opinion is the best one in Clarksville! Every time I come here the fries are always hot and fresh(which is what I look for). I’ve never had a bad experience here☺️

This place is so horrible!! Without fail every single time food is ordered from here in person or through a food delivery service there is always an issue. Missing food; food is barely even lukewarm. The staff is completely rude. As well as clearly incapable of delivering the service the McDonald’s corporation advertises to provide and expects to be known for. The arches are by far the only thing golden about any and every experience coming from this particular restaurant. I ordered 2 basket of fries through door dash. I specifically included special instruction for my fries to be hot and fresh. They were neither. On top of the basket being in the bag sideways as if the basket of fries were placed in the bag like that. However there was a packet of bbq sauce in the bag even though we didn’t even order anything requiring bbq sauce. They never want to get you in contact with a higher up to fix the issue. Like I get it may seem like just fast food. However I work hard for the money I spend no matter what I spend it on. I wish I were exaggerating when I say that it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME. At this point I would say there needs to be new leadership of the restaurant all around. However ownership needs to really do a through review and secret shopper experience of this place!!! I mean this place is severely more of a disservice to this community than it is a benefit. Particularly given the prime location of being at the corner of a major intersection and right off of a major highway. It’s incredibly frustrating. Just so I’m clear this is someone who has worked for the McDonalds corporation as a grill member; back cash member; front counter member; as a GEL (GUEST EXPERIENCE LEADER). So this unfortunate review is far beyond just a highly upset customer whose order can never seem to be filled correctly. Rather it comes from someone who knows the expectation of the McDonalds corporation and who clearly hold their values and expectations at by far a higher standard and expectation than any of the employees who seem to have worked there; do work there and are frequently and repeatedly hired there. My faith in humanity provides me with hope for this particular franchise to do and get better but sadly I quite honestly don’t see that being a possibility at this point. Again I think another franchise would better service the community in this location. This franchise is a complete an utter failure in expectation and customer service.

This is the worst location in the city. You are better off going to another McDonald’s. When you finally get your food and IF it’s right. You will still have saved time by drive out of the way to someplace else.

I came to this McDonald’s at 6:35 on September 26th The woman working the drive-through was nice enough, but the one that was giving my food very very rude. She tried handing me two happy meals that were not my order and I very nicely said “oh honey those are not mine” and she said “WHAT” in the bitchiest way and with a disgusted look on her face. I told her what I got for my meal and she shoved the bag at me. Will not be going here again.
