Update your hours. It says 5a-11p on the door and online for the dining room. I stopped by at 645a on Tue 11/22 to get breakfast for my shop and the dining room was all locked up.
Ordered two whoppers and they were cold and buns were stail. The worker at the second window was very rude and rolled her eyes.

Rip off on a large fry was half full
I was passing through and stopped at this McDonald's. I don't know if it was just a bad time to stop in or if it's always like this but first off there wasn't any toilet paper in the restroom, then I placed my order at the kiosk and didn't have receipt paper in it, then it took about 20 minutes just to get to simple combo meals with drinks. The drinks sat so long the ice was pretty much melted. The lady that finally gave us our order asked if we would like more ice.. smh. Uh no it's watered down enough. I hope it was just bad timing. It was around 11 am.

Foodwqsnt cooked all the way. Lady at drive thru was rude when I reminded her that I was a drink short. Chicken nuggets tasted like they had been out for a while and just warmed up.

Absolutely astonishing level of incompetence. Between the various staff members not only were they unable to figure out what was ordered within the time it took to get from one window to the next, they then tried to take and hold on to my receipt which would render me unable to prove what was and wasnāt purchased. They had us pull around after basically throwing the receipt back through the window at my wife when I demanded it back. And lo and behold, the man running the window brings out a bag of food missing items, and with the food that was in the bag dumped out of the wrappers. If this is indicative of how they treat customers and the inability to handle the simplest of tasks properly, then the management/ownership needs to immediately look into replacing the staff. Hopefully they can find employment doing something more simple than fast food since thatās clearly above their mental faculties. Side note, the man running the window had plaster or something all over his hands while touching folks food and drinks. Massive health risk hazard. Letās just hope his next employment opportunity isnāt collecting my tax dollars.

Ordering our food was ok. We placed our food order for here. So we were waiting on stone to bring our food since we was given a number to.put on the table. A lot of people get their food. So I went and asked about it. Our food was sitting on the counter in to go bags. They called a number out that we was not even told. So our food was up there for 5-10 minutes. Noone apologized or anything, I was ignored when I asked about our cold food. We will not be back to this McDonald's.
