Worst McDonald's ever. I was going to a football game yesterday and decided to stop at this location for my daughter. We used a code for an any size fries and got a small. I said something to the guy at the window. He told me sorry you got a small. I reply but I ordered a Large. He then tells me sorry there is nothing I can do about it. I was like yes you can take this small back and give me a large with the receipt. He looks at the receipt and yells to someone it says large and then opened the window and says sorry you will have to come back around or come in. I reply back ugh no I'm not moving until a Manager comes to the window. He shuts the window then 2 seconds later a lady comes to the window and I tell her she said hand me the fries and then gives me a Large. Never ever have I been treated like that at a drive thru. The window also has stickers so that you can't see thru to them. Which I found strange.

Absolutely a garbage place to eat. Ordered DoorDash and the order was completely wrong. So I called in to speak to the manager and she laughed and said sorry we’ve been super busy but you’re not getting a refund and then hung up? Completely shows why you’re a manager at “”McDonald’s””. LOL Guess build a bear wasn’t hiring when you needed the job. But needless to say if you think eating here is a good idea you’d be better off heating up gas station food.

I placed my order on the app and went inside to get it as the drive thru was backed up. My husband and I waited 30 minutes each between the 2 of us for our order. Finally I got tired of waiting and asked where my food was. I was told by 2 separate employees that they couldn’t find my order and then they walked off without helping me. Finally I spoke to the manager and was told that my food had been ready and waiting at the drive thru for over 20 minutes already. I was given cold food and that was it. No trying to rectify the terrible situation. I ended up leaving about 45 minutes later with cold food. Terrible service all around. I do not recommend ever coming to this location.

We went in and ordered and they tried to short us a sweet tea then we went to the truck and there was a biscuit missing it was a sausage biscuit add cheese so we went in and got the biscuit then we left opened the biscuit they gave us and it was a chicken biscuit do not go here if you want good service worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to in my life plus they made us pay for a biscuit we already gave them money for and there was a lady passed out at the table with trash around her be careful going here

Nova helped us and she was absolutely wonderful. Very nice. Very friendly. Very sweet. I was having a issue with the kiosk and she stopped what she was doing to take care of us! She definitely went above and beyond! I highly recommend her when coming to mcdonalds. You can't get no better than nova! Thank you nova and all the mcdonalds staff they wete all sweet and the food was fresh and amazing!

Terrible service. Made me cancel my online order and come back around. Could not place the same order again and ended up paying $2 more and had to wait for a refund when they said you wouldn't have to wait and everything would be the same. the window girl had a terrible attitude
