This is the third time I've come through Drive thru and they've not given me any sauce for my large family's order which usually includes 30+ nuggets, and this time I went through, got a half a basket of cold fries with my order. This McDonald's has gone downhill and gotten out of hand.

The recent reviews really speak for themselves. This store is a HOT mess. I actually wouldn’t even put hot in front of it because the food is rarely that. They are so careless and lazy at this store. I get it fast food is fast food but at what point do we actually do our jobs?? lol. Don’t waste your time or your money here. Chances are it’ll be wrong, old/cold, or simply just missing. I waited 20 minutes for a medium fry and a coke (not even during rush). Another day, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese meal (valued at $11) and got literal bacon bits on my bagel the egg was soggy and on top of that missing my child’s breakfast sandwich. It’s definitely not a one time mistake kind of establishment. They’re consistently providing terrible food and service. The whole store needs to be retrained at this point.

You guys need to teach your fry cooks how to fully cook your burgers. They're going to kill someone. This is the second time I've ordered a quarter pounder from this location and the burger patty was still very pink. My BFs burger was also pink. If we get sick I'm suing.
The chicken nuggets I ordered were also hard and chewy.

So today I go to Sango McDonald’s and I purchased a double cheeseburger, a mcchicken, and a medium fry. Once I received my order I first ate the cheeseburger. After I was done, I went on to eat my mcchicken. Tell me why as I open my sandwich there’s a whole dead, what looks to me like a baby roach on the top bun of my chicken sandwich. I immediately threw up just from the thought of maybe the cheeseburger that I just ate had a bug in it. I am truly disturbed and I also have taken photos a videos of my sandwich a will be immediately reporting this to corporate. Also there is a bunch of little kids( which are teenagers but they all act like little kids) that work in there so the environment wasn’t customer service friendly at all. I recommend NO ONE go to the Sango McDonald’s located off exit 11 at all.

SLOWEST McDonald's ever, and the staff are SOOOOOO rude. If they don't want to work there, then QUIT! No matter what we order, we have to wait extended times in the drive thru and the French fries are ALWAYS old! Do yourself a favor, drive to the next one!

First off the intercom person working right now at 5pm sounded very depressing. Second my son's happy meal for $6 he gets barely any fries that mind you it's cold and with four dried nuggets. Never again ordering from there. A sorry Happy Meal.
Twenty minutes for two burgers that were wrong. If you kept more people in the store making and serving food instead of running food back and forth to cars waiting in parking spots like this was sonic, you wouldn’t have such horrible wait times for incorrect food every time. Haven’t been to this location in like 6 months, now I remember why. I won’t be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was in drive thru this evening and I got charged $5.08 for a 3 pack of cookies, when on the mobile app it’s $2.19. And this location refused to fix it after I shown them on the app it was $2.19. A woman with long braids past her waist her hair wasn’t tied up and when hanging me the bag her hair got stuck to the bag on the receipt. The food was absolute cold and the customer service was trash.
