It doesn't matter the time its always down 🙄 why have online ordering available if you know the restaurant isn't open??????????????

Waited over an hour still did not get our food. I went to inquire about it and it was seating there behind the counter they did give us new good. Then a lady came out with the old food and try to give it to us. Then twoo people came in and ordered and the gave them the old. Don't plan on going back.

Every single time I go to this location, the food is wrong and the fries are undercooked and soggy, not to mention they fill the fries halfway every time. The people who work here don’t even talk to you. Last time I went through, they held my food out at the window and didn’t even look at me or say anything.

The workers here act like the food comes out of their personal freezers at home or something. So stingy with the french fries 😂 started going to a different mcdonalds, further from my house, just cause i got tired of paying for a large meal and getting the equivalent of a small fry.
Also asked for a different bottle of milk cause the one they gave me was labeled to expire THAT DAY. Worker talked to someone inside, window was closed so idk what was said, but then she just handed me the SAME milk back and said "it expires at midnight, its still good". I threw it away, cause aint no way she thought i was giving that shit to my 2 yo.
This mcdonalds sucks! Whoever the general manager is here needs to get fired, they suck at their job!

I ordered in the app and paid just fine. Get to the location and they said they’re closed. Sign out front and online says 24 hours. I have been to this location and various time early am and still don’t know when they open.

Horrible experience. It was the only place open at 3 AM but I would have been better off not eating. The African guy taking orders was rude, he gave me the wrong order 3 times and got mad at me saying it was my fault. The manager was at least a little nicer but more incompetent, I ended up leaving with the wrong order the last time, the burger was only met and bread, fries were saggy and the burger extremely greasy, it hit me sick. Waisted 30 minutes and played $40 for something I didn’t order. I asked for a refund but was ignored so I ended up leaving.
Unfortunately if I’m being truthful the food is always cold when I get as if they have it sitting around waiting for someone to order it. Drinks always taste nasty either the hot drinks are luke warm or the cold drinks are half melted and taste like peoples fingers. Never see anyone wearing gloves. Service is usually rude or indifferent towards customers. Every time I eat at this location I feel like I wasted my money.

Tosha is amazing. Thank you for all you do. Great communication and upmost friendliest manager. The team is new and she is handling like a champion. The other Manager on staff was not doing anything... Just walking around while all the customers were waiting for long wait times because of training. Tosha rocked it. Took care of each and every one of us customers and the other Manager needs to go home for good or get to front line and cook or train or something.

i dont know who they got working 12:30 pm shift but they are so unprofessional and rude. only the girl at the first window was nice but the three people at the second window were just beyond rude. i work customer service and would never treat people the way they did me today
