I normally love ordering from here. I wasn't happy with any of my $50 dollar order. The wings had 9 instead of ten, no ranch with it. The Stromboli subs were dry for my family. I said no tomato on mine and have pics of what I got WITH tomato. I guarantee I won't get hit again.

Just had the worst experience every with Michael's pizza. After taking my order for delivery and the driver calls me with my pizza saying now they don't deliver to my area. Worst customer service!!

This is the second times on the row my take out order got messed up. First time, all of the topping were clumped together in the middle. Second time, my order was completely wrong. However, the problem was solved over the phone.
I love the food, but the kitchen team had been off recently.

I've eaten at Michaels off and on for the last 4-5 years. I ordered three pizzas last night and 1 out of 3 we're good. I ordered two large with one being a ham and pineapple and one cheese. The two had such a small amount of cheese that it was barely visible and showed more sauce then anything. The medium combo pizza was the best they've ever made, AMAZING! Both larges reminded me of when a restaurant is running low and skimping to make sure they get through the night. For $60.00 I just expected a better pizza and I had company over or I would've driven back 20 min to get them replaced. Not sure why but this is the second time in 3 weeks, maybe new employees?

Friendly, fast, neat and clean, and the aroma of pizza baking filled the dining room. This was my second visit to Michael’s. The first visit I enjoyed the personal size pizza (hand and pineapple). This visit I tried the buffalo wings and salad. The fact that I’m taking a minute to write this review says a lot about the quality of their food and service. Well done Michaels. I’ll be back!

First time eating here got a calzone and it was awesome. You get to put your own toppings in them and usually is done in 10-15 mins. The bread is soft and every bite is amazing. I will definitely be coming back.
