I’m the first to argue moes is WAY better than chipotle… but this is my first time here in a few years cause we don’t live in town. I ordered the bowl. I also added guacamole. The guac tasted like chemicals.. something was off. Not to mention for one person to eat was basically $20. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there as well. Unfortunately I’ll be taking this off one of my favorite places to eat. The food just isn’t what it use to be & for the price you pay, it’s pitiful

I got over charge by a lot I got the moes mest and was charged 20 dollar and when It simple say 13 dollars and when I said something they wanted to argue this is crazy

Great food and Great staff.

Vegetarian options: You can tell them what you want and how you like it and they will make it for you. They are very accommodating and it's so clean and everyone is so friendly. I will be back and let everyone know about this wonderful Southwest Grill. Thank you Moe's for making my day.?

The food tasted great, but that was about it. I got the obligatory "welcome to Moe's" when I walked in, but after that, no one acknowledged me for about a minute. Two employees were standing right in front of me behind the counter acting really busy, but nothing that couldn't have waited the 45 seconds it took to prepare my food. The lady that helped me was polite though. I get to the register to pay and the cashier proceeds to cuss at the machine after hitting it a few times because she couldn't get it to work. Fast forward, I get my food, sit at the table with my 8 month old baby and eat my lunch. One of the employees goes outside for a smoke break, cool, I get it. But they then decide to prop open the door and sweep out the restaurant out the back smoking door. So the entire restaurant now smells like cigarette smoke. I immediately had to quit eating and just left. I didn't want to inhale it and I sure didn't want my child to. Every time I go to this location it gets progressively worse. There is only one employee I've met there that has been extremely kind, professional, and helpful.

I decided to give Moe’s another tried. And guess what it still sucks. Customer service is worse than before. Never again.

Service was good and quick but the food is just very below average in comparison to other Moe’s I’ve been to. Over powering lime flavor in guac and just over seasoned food.

The food was great. I hadn't been there in a long time. Queso dip was really good and not really spicy like some places with cheese dip. Great place to take kids. My son's kids' burrito meal was a really good size for such a small price.

Overall terrible experience for no acceptable reason. My husband and I were the only customers in the restaurant and I saw a total of 4 employees working, so they were not short staffed or busy. When we walked in we waited several minutes for an employee to come out of the back to assist us and when they finally came out they never greeted us. When they started making the food they barely spoke and gave an overall negative reaction to us being there. The cashier acted the same and gave short & rude responses to what I asked. The food itself was not properly made and was thrown into our bag without wrapping. I never write negative reviews but just felt like this type of treatment was unnecessary.I usually always give the person making my food or the cashier checking me out the benefit of the doubt if they are rude because everyone has bad days, but to see all 4 employees give the same negative reaction to a customer makes me think there is a bigger issue that should be addressed.

The food was nasty, the burrito I got was basically watery slop. The drink machines barely work. It wasn’t worth what we paid. So nasty, never again.

Google shows store closes at 9pm. The sign on front door shows 9pm as well. Show up at 19:50 and they have the doors locked and already closed the store.
