We had a great night at Mr. Billy's Bar and Grill. The bar itself is a big U shape and has service on 3 sides. They have a large dance floor and had a DJ that night. The restrooms were clean and accessible. They have a nice covered smoking lounge out back.

Parking: There is a large free parking lot.

The food is very good. It's prepared well, great portions, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are always super nice and welcoming.

The customer service during my visit left much to be desired. I noticed an unfriendly attitude from the waitress, which made the experience less pleasant. I hope you can take steps to improve the service, as this is key to customer satisfaction.
You deleted the comment on Facebook and you were rude to the person who called you for me, you even hung up on him! But here you will NOT be able to eliminate this opinion and to everyone who can I will talk about this bad experience and how rude you are as the owner of the bar! By the way, my cousin was the one who wrote to them on FB because she does like to confront but in view of the fact that he was rude with the call he made! Well, now I understand why the employees in addition to being rude are liars, I spent 50 minutes waiting for a stupid hamburger that they never gave me! Nasty

We were the only customers at a table and no one came to take our order yet the people who came in 20 minutes later were served immediately. Finally went to the bar and ordered drinks and food. Food was AWFUL and expensive! We felt like a complete inconvenience! I rarely ever leave bad reviews but this place deserves it!

Been to this place 3 times and was ran out because some dude told a bar tender I bothered him. I watched her run 2 others out before me. I’m not sure what the power trip was but I never even got into any type of argument with the guy. Outsiders aren’t welcome here is all I can think of. Foods not good either. The owner probably needs to do something about the bar tender running people off costing the establishment money.
