Oh my GOODNESS!!!! I had the BEST sausage, egg and cheese biscuit right here in this place! I am 54 years old and have probably eaten a million sausage, egg and cheese biscuits in my life, but this one was perfect! When my name was called once it was ready, I got up from my seat, turned around and there it was. It looked picture-perfect! I stared at it as I returned to the table. It was beautiful. How could I eat such a wonderful specimen of food!?!? A: with my mouth, that's how. ? It was so tasty and delightful...

Oh, sorry! I got hung up on the food. I have been to this location twice and both times the coffee is wonderful. The atmosphere is small, but cozy. The service is top -notch! The prices are on the mark. Did I mention the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit??? Oh, I did?

They are a very friendly and welcoming staff . The coffee flavors are great . Whenever I walk in I am surprised by a new flavor . A must go to place for the freshest and most flavorful coffee in the area

The staff at Mugsy’s is consistently friendly and efficient. A good spot for grabbing a quick something, staying a bit to work, or meeting with a friend. It’s never been too loud or bustly to be inconvenient for a conversation or reading. They have a conference room that you can use on the fly or call in to reserve too.

Very clean, tidy coffee shop offering delicious specialty coffees, sandwiches, wraps, and pastries. They also sell 16 oz bags of their own small-batch-roasted whole bean coffee that can be custom ground. A variety of comfortable seating is available including booths, upholstered chairs, high top and regular tables, counter-style seating at the front window, and a conference room (6 chairs) that can be reserved. The quiet milieu without background music was ideal for patrons who were studying or conducting virtual or one to one meetings. Lastly, the bathrooms are clean and have a diaper changing station.

Great coffee place located just across from Tenova. Place was very clean, staff was very friendly and the coffee and Breakfast Bowl were delicious! One of my favorite places to grab a cup

Ive ordered a few drinks but this was my first non coffee. The pineapple upside down lotus. It was really good. When I lived out of state I would order their coffee online. I especially like the Night Stalker blend but if you’re a medium roast kinda person you cant go wrong with the screaming eagle blend. The ladies are super nice and the atmosphere is refreshing.

Came here for the first time because I work at a place with a similar name! Staff was so kind and easy to talk to. Ordered a 'Make Your Own' croissant sandwich, and 3 frappes - pretty quick service, overall great place!

Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to all red meats, and after alerting staff they were well reassuring and served fast

My husband and I have tried many of the local coffee shops in the area since our move last year, and Mugsy is consistently the best! We have never had an order messed up, and the coffee is always hot! Not once have we had lukewarm coffee. The staff is always friendly and gets our order to us quickly.
