The meat tasted so good. The meat quality of the sirloin and flower meat was so good that I enjoyed it. The only drawback is that the service is a bit weaker than Atlanta. However, it is not a big city, so I am satisfied with this.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED! PATRONIZE TAKUMI INSTEAD! My family and I entered this establishment yesterday and from the moment of being sat at our table by the server (name unknown- heavy set white woman with long brown hair) her rude tone, curt responses and attitude led us to leave before getting our meals. Our 3 interactions with her within 15 minutes of being at our table were so unprofessional, I wouldn’t even trust the food there. The woman cut us off as we asked questions, refused to share details of what came with our meals, noticeably didn’t want to service us and grabbed menus very aggressively as well as had a very dirty appearance. I told the other staff we had a horrible experience and that there was nothing they could do to fix our experience and they didn’t seem too surprised at my reason for leaving.

Just left the restaurant, while attempting to start the grill the server did something wrong and gas exploded and burnt my husband’s hand. No apology was given and the person in charge was actually mad because we decided to leave.

The food was great. The service was good, the serve was very busy and I'm not sure if they did not have any other servers. I gave a four star because she was very nice and did check on us. The place was nice and clean.

I kinda really liked everything about it, food was good, service was great(I like their call button system!), the content and flavors of the banchan were great. But, being a regular drinker of soju I was a little shocked at the price for a bottle. I understand there's got to be some markup but dang! Anyway, I got sweet tea so... ?♀️ other than that, this will definitely be in my top 10 of KBBQ. We had the pork belly and spicy chicken bulgogi!

we were in the place for an hour and a half and only seen our waitress when she took our order and served the order, never once came to ask us if we needed anything. we needed refills and it was impossible to get anything or reach her due to her being in the back eating! Nobody else came to replace her if she was even on her break or not. we had to stand up to go pay for our bill due to the frustration of not being served.
