No.1 Chinese restaurant

I've been ordering from this restaurant for a long time. I have always enjoyed the flavors of their dishes and there hasn't really been anything that's come out of this restaurant that I did not like.

In the past, I did have some issues where I wasn't getting exactly what I ordered. For example, I'd order extra meat and egg for various dishes but the food I received had neither. That occured on multiple occasions back to back so I knew it was an issue by then. I have decided to try them again after a while to see if they had imporived their processes. It seems they have. For that reason, I've modified my review.

Went in at 0930 on a Sat night, and they close at 11pm. All the chairs were up so I asked if I could put 2 of then down so my son and I could eat. (We were on my Motorcycle) They basically told me to pound sand because they were going to mop the floors. The food was average, and the kindness of the staff could have been better.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment due to unprofessional behavior from one of the front desk staff. There’s a young woman working there who openly refers to herself inappropriately and promotes her Cash App ($princesssrcane) and Instagram to customers. Instead of maintaining a professional demeanor, she spends her time flirting and pretending to show interest in people just to gain followers—then unfollows them shortly after. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the business as a whole and creates an uncomfortable environment for guests. It’s important for staff to represent the company with integrity and respect, not personal agendas. I hope management addresses this issue promptly.

Poor customer service. Placed an order, went to pick to my disappointment 😞 was signal to with an X to represent closed. Yet still they took the order.

I recently went to try it out and the food was amazing !! The Fernando guy was very friendly and welcoming. They are the only chinese place I would recommend people to visit.

Your average Chinese takeout food. Employees are usually great. Very little area for dining and not the cleanest.

Definitely not No. 1!

While sitting inside of the restaurant waiting on a DOOR DASH order, a customer walked in with a dog. Not a service dog. I was the only other person in the restaurant. I was immediately offended by the dog just in the restaurant. Nobody working there seemed to have a problem with it.

Absolutely awful service. I placed an order online for pickup with 45 min notice. When I got there I was told to wait 5 minutes but proceeded to wait over 30 minutes and when I got the order they left out parts of it! I called about the issue but the first person said they couldn’t help me and someone would call me right back. I waited and no call. When I called again they said I could drive back to pick up the rest. I have no desire to spend over an hour of my day on subpar food that should have been done right the first time so I asked for a refund on that item and they hung up on me.

Food was disgusting, quality was awful, the order wasn't right, and since it was delivered, they said, oh, well you can come back and get it, rather than offering a credit! Customer service stinks, food quality is seriously off, simply gross!

I ordered a delivery from this restaurant. The food was DISGUSTING. There was no taste in the chicken wings and pork friend rice. Not even multiple packs of duck sauce or the Holy Ghost could give the food taste. $34.00 for nothing. I'll try to repurpose the rest of the rice. YUCK.

I heard a new chef was on staff and on good authority I was told to order. I did and I am so glad I did! The food was amazing!!!? ? ? I ordered take out of serval menu items, from the Orange chicken, Orange Beef, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Vegetable Egg Foo Young , Chicken Fried Rice, Spring Rolls.... Everything was delicious! The taste of items were fresh and full of flavor. Sauce meat ratio excellent. The rice was fresh with flavorful chicken pieces and and fresh vegetables! Go ahead and order.?

Their sweet and sour chicken is the best that I have had in years. The pork fried rice was amazing! I would make this a regular spot if I lived in the area. The workers are very friendly. I liked watching them work in unison.
