O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Edited to add: (January 12, 2026) I reached out as requested below from our visit on 12/21/25 and still no resolve, after spending the amount we did and the service and food was such a disappointment and no resolve, we won't be back! We will gladly spend out money elsewhere

We were a party of 6 (1 being a child) that came in tonight 12/21/25 for dinner, we waited out front for about 10-15 minutes prior to anyone noticing us at all, then wait time for a table was about another 20 minutes, the dining room wasn't busy at all. Once seated our server was friendly and got our drink & appetizer orders and those came out fairly quickly, once we ordered our main course, we waited atleast 45+ minutes for food to come out, my husband was honestly ready to just pay for our drinks and appetizers and leave at this point. Our food finally arrived, both my daughter and my husband's steaks were under cooked, my husband's baked potato was still hard as a rock, sent it back. The server did say the manager discounted us for the baked potato. The other dishes were just okay...not a really good experience at all and definitely not worth the $170 we spent!!! We did tip our server, as she was nice and what came out of the kitchen was not her fault. Overall, a disappointing experience 🙁

Placed an order for pickup. Received an email before arriving that my food was ready. Pulled in and did the things.. time goes by.. nothing.. okay, well, let's go inside and see what's up. They gave my order to someone else. Okay, whatever, it happens, I get it. After being at the restaurant over an hour, I finally get the food and head home to my hungry family. Open the bag to find a half full tray of fries. This was supposed to feed a family of 6 and there was maybe three servings of green beans. I've just had enough. Won't be back.

Our food was nice & hot, not a long wait at all, the young man came out to our curb side mobile pick up nicely, he greeted us, thanked us & told us to have a good rest of our day! Yes we'll be back again!

I ordered the southern fried chicken breast dinner for delivery and the menu shows 2 breasts on the plate. I was given what amounted to an overcooked burned chicken tender. It was also cold. I was highly overcharged for that. I also added on the apple pie and it was almost frozen. Very shameful for the prices they charge.

Great food options and the staff is very friendly. We had everything from cedar plank salmon to rib eye steaks and everything was great. Good selection of appetizers as well.

We had a reservation for 25-40 people after APSU graduation on 12/12/2025. The room and tables were set and no waiting, manager was friendly and very accommodating!! Food was on point hot fresh and very good. I think the most special thing was the server, (Darlean) friendly, patient, took orders correctly and she kept the glasses full. What an amazing experience! Thank You O’Charley’s for a wonderful experience and lunch.

Don’t bother if you have food allergies, you will basically be told you don’t know what you’re talking about! In the span of less than 15 minutes the server brought out 3 things that were totally wrong. Won’t be returning. It’s gone severely downhill.

Ordered Mac and cheese and was told this is the serving...it's not even 2 spoons...They said corporate told them to change the amount they give...They should be ashamed smh

Our meal was absolutely delicious tonight. Elizabeth, our server, was fantastic. My husband said she's the best server we've had at this restaurant.

On the road all morning looking forward to o'charleys so we found this one and stopped by only to be seated and ignored for over 25 minutes so we left, stopped by hostess who seated us and let her know and she just stood there not saying a thing.

Did the drive thru. Person at window forgot to give us one of 4 orders. I had to drive around one more time to get missing order.

We went to O'Charley's for our anniversary because they have prime rib which is my husband's favorite. they were out of the medium rare prime rib but didn't tell us until after the hors d'oeuvres were delivered, so he had to accept medium. The prime rib was served COLD! He ordered fries which they messed up and served fried okra. The replacement order of fries was ridiculously tiny. We told them to take the food back as they had ruined our dinner, my chicken was also a ridiculously small serving and tasteless. We will NEVER go to this restaurant again. They offered no incentive or apology for the food or service.
