Disgusting, took 40 minutes to take order, 1 hour to get disgusting food, and had to find someone to pay…never coming again.

We like Old Chicago's pizza.
Except...the lunch buffet (Last time...
But not again. Poor selection, stale and cold.
This time we ordered deep-dish Chicken, Bacon Ranch; but it came with nothing but ranch...no Marinara sauce...and it wasn't very good. We ended up throwing half of it away!
Like throwing away $20!

Disappointing both times. It was just not what we expected, based on past experience.

(And the service was sooo slooow!)

I ordered mango wings, buffalo wings, and chicken Alfredo. I received 2 buffalo wings, and my Alfredo. The wings were lacking in sauce and were very dry. The Alfredo tasted AMAZING, however, im convinced there was no chicken in it. The ranch was extremely watery. If you can't make homemade ranch you should probably just buy it.

I will say the host and the carryout were very friendly and accommodating. They both need to be paid more. I gave a 25% tip and even though the kitchen failed, I don't regret giving that.

BOH, You gotta do better. I'm a manager at a service restaurant and I'd honestly rather have good food and bad service.

Best pizza we’ve had in ten years!! Seriously!!! Half ”Thai pie” and half “meat me” on the ale crust. Outstanding!! Chicago style…….no. Deep dish……no. Just great pizza.

The waitress was on point but the kitchen was not on their A game. There wasn't very many in people eating and it took forever to get food from the kitchen. I felt sorry for our waitress. She kept our drinks full though.

So, Friday night, got there at 6pm, 4 adults and 1 child, place was not busy at all, drinks tasted old, waitress was super nice, the kitchen staff needs help, it took an hour to get 3 simple meals, and kids spaghetti, food was very bland, not impressed at all, we won't be back, no desire to waste time and money when other choices are close by.

So this place was always busy about 3 years ago, went back for the first time and surprised at how slow it was. We did trivia and it was awesome! Waiter was great food was great and service was splendid. I'll be coming back more often

It was ok. I got the calzone, but the crust was just bland and it was too thick. Is there supposed to be sauce in one? The appetizers were great. Pickles, buffalo rolls and a loaded nacho type dish was really good.

I ordered the veggie thin crust pizza & fried. The pizza was yummy, the fries were ok. I tried some of my friend’s hand tossed pep and it was delicious.
It’s seemed pretty empty inside, but it did take a while to get the food. My food was warm, but it was still good.
Thomas was our waiter, he was very pleasant and attentive, not too over bearing, A+. Very sweet guy.
I plan to try their drinks next visit. I left my ID, so I couldn’t try any alcoholic beverages.
The best part of this was the FREE FOOD we received, the order was printed twice by some mistake, lucky us. We walked out with extra.
This was my first visit, I will definitely return.

It really wasn't the restaurants fault, but there were 4 screaming kids in the restaurant with on directly behind me bouncing off the back of my booth. Good food but stressful environment

Went in on Sunday afternoon at 3:30, not busy at all. Party of 6 adults and 3 kids. Seated at a booth that was too small. Had to ask to move to a larger booth. Ordered appetizers that didn't come until the actual food came that took over an hour to get to us. The Italian nachos were burnt and the waiter was told but he didn't offer to do anything, not replace discount refund anything. Won't be returning. He did not seem to care if we were satisfied customers.

Terrible!! My family and I come to the restaurant to have dinner around 6:30pm and it’s not busy at all, less than a third of the seats are taken, and they tell us it’s going to be a ten minute wait. Employees standing around doing nothing, obviously not staffed properly and poorly managed. Will not be back.
