We’ve been here many times in the past 20 years and the server was great, don’t know what happened to Olive Garden The only thing positive that I can say is our server was excellent but the food was terrible and it’s not the servers fault she was awesome

Its Olive Garden... its just like the rest
Well my name is Alisa and a few weeks ago one of my friends and my son went to the Olive Garden in Clarksville Tennessee and that it used to be my favorite Restaurant to eat. But not any more. The food wasn't good and it was cold. The Service wasn't good at all . So I will never be back to that Olivie Garden again oh one more thing that really upset us was the waitress accused us for not paying for the food when we told her that it was on one ticket. 😭 I would recommend to go to any Olive Garden just don't go to the one in Clarksville Tennessee.

My husband wanted to celebrate Veterans Day at Olive Garden. I had already eaten dinner, but he really wanted me to come with him, so I did. When our waitress, Jen S, took the order, my husband ordered his meal and beer and I only asked for water since I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t plan to eat.
When his food arrived, I just tried a bite of his salad and pasta something we always do as a couple. I didn’t have a plate, didn’t order food, and didn’t “share” his meal in any real sense. But Jen S gave me a look that immediately made me uncomfortable, as if I was doing something wrong.
Later, when my husband politely asked for a bit more salad, she very rudely said, I’m not bringing any more because you were sharing, if you want more I will charge you. Her tone was unnecessarily harsh and embarrassing especially considering my husband is a veteran and was simply enjoying his meal.
We completely understand if Olive Garden has a “no sharing” policy for dishes, but it’s all about how you say it. A simple, respectful explanation would’ve been fine. Instead, her attitude was dismissive and unkind.
I later noticed other reviews describing similar behavior from this same server, which says a lot.
Olive Garden and Manager Christina M, please teach *Jen S* some manners! Guests deserve kindness and respect — not attitude. Kindness costs nothing, but it makes all the difference!

Maybe it’s because I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in a long time.. but, the quality of the food is really really bad. Smelled funny, not seasoned.. meat extremely dry.. my little one didn’t even like the cheese pizza. My oldest didn’t like her order. I got never ending pasta. After 2 combos (which I took 2 bites of) I quit. SALAD was on point
