Literally one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. Olive Garden use to be my favorite place, even going there for my 21st birthday. Tonight my partner and I decided to have a late dinner. There was a few minute wait as it was 8 pm and some servers were going home. No worries, did not bug us at all. Once we sat down, the server was fast to get to us. I ordered a sweet tea and my partner ordered a water. We also ordered a app. and soon ordered entrées. After that, service declined heavily. We ate our soup and salad waiting for our main food. The food was out within 30 mins. Once we received our food, our server never came back to our tabel. I paid $3.50 for a tea i never got a refil on and was gone before we got our meals. I was also never asked for a refill on my soup and we only got the one basket of bread. After an HOUR of us done with our food, we were able to get the attention of the server who brought us our take home meals. They were ice cold like they had been sitting in the freezer, and there is like one scoop of pasta in the container. I most likely will never be back. Yall went from my favorite restaurant to just being sad.

A lot to unpack. Firstly was sat in the back, it smelled pretty sour. Then we were moved to another area. Our server was nice but it felt like we were being pushed out. The restaurant was empty. Ordered our apps and it arrived at a decent time. Not even within the 3 minutes of receiving our app we were asked if we looked over the menu and knew what we wanted. We said yes and placed our order. At this time it was pretty obvious of the downward slope that was about to happen..Within 6 minutes of eating our app.. our soup and salad arrived, not even 4 minutes afterward our main course arrived. A table full of food. There was no time to even enjoy time with one another over our courses.One of the many reasons that I believe going out is a waste of time. No one wants to be rushed when out to eat. It is to be an experience. People just don't care about customer service anymore. It's more about how much money they can get. Find the balance, or you'll continue to lose customers. Yah, know... the "Guest"If I wanted fast food. I would have gone to Wendy's. And to tell your guest you've been running to the bathroom to pee excessively is downright disturbing when you're serving someone. It was cringe. Tmi

Visiting my Dad in Clarksville TN and of course I stopped in to the Olive Garden and as usual was not disappointed the food to go was awesome and everything was in my take out bag I wasn't missing anything everything was great.

They will kill you with the salt. I had a spinach artichoke dip. It probably would had have been nice, if I could have tasted either the artichoke or the spinach. Nothing but salt. And not even a hint of parmesan. Truly disgusting.
