Outback Steakhouse

Was disappointed not as good as Nashville locations. The steak was damn near raw! Ordered medium. We ordered the Porter House steak. Waitress acted like we couldn't leave fast enough.

We received a gift card for $100 or else we wouldn't have eaten there 2.
The food was AWFUL. Management wasn't very kind and understanding either. Our blooming onion was tiny and not crunchy.
My hamburger was overcooked and had cucumber on it?????? Yes, cucumber !!
When asked about it, I was told...it's not cucumber it's brined pickles, WHAT?!
NO, NO ITS NOT.
I spoke with the waitress and she said I know the blooming onion doesn't look good, you think? But yet you sent it out to our table to eat . Spoke about my hamburger being burnt, that's how they come out, huh? Seriously? Also both my children's tenders were so small, this was supposed to be the adult order not kids and they were hard as a rock.Management comes over and I show her and she doesn't even act like it's a problem.
$100 in 2 visits down the drain.Prices are so high we rarely go out to eat. We were so super excited to go but both times were a huge let down and huge disappointment.
I sure wish we could have enjoyed our experience.
My children Love going to Outback but both times they said, not again.
Do better Outback.

Sad to have paid almost $20.00 for bagged salad. The hamburger was not good. The quality of food for the price was just not acceptable.

Needless to say, we doubt that we'd be back.

The staff went above and beyond.

My wife and I went there for Valentines lunch. There were plenty of open seats but a 15-minute wait, and it seemed understaffed. We sat at the bar and Cassy was delightful. The mens restroom was clean, our food was a perfect temperature, and the portion sizes were fair. The taste was comparable to competitors. The location, tucked behind other restaurants and without a stop light, isn't convenient.

Men's bathroom needs some serious work.
Wait and serving staff were great. Porterhouse was delicious. Wife loved her boneless ribeye.

It was filthy, all the tables were dirty and there were only a total of 7 customers on the entire side we sat at. The waitress was not friendly ,not a smile or anything. I can't believe how bad this restaurant is ran . When a gal cleaned a table she literally sprayed cleaner on top of the food that was on the table and pushed that onto the floor and left it . The entire time we were there only 2 small tables were attended to.

I would like to start off saying i never have high expectations for anything but this was just terrible.. the food i had gotten today was literally like cold and the noodles were not fully cooked thru, which made it hard to eat. Their were about 8 customers in there while we were there. The atmosphere seemed unclean, their was dirty tables all around us, a napkin to hold the silverware on the floor as we were getting placed at our table. Service was slow, me and my boyfriend waited about an hour til we got our meal maybe even a bit longer but for it to come out COLD. I am beyond sad to say that this is and was the worst steak house experience and especially for being my first time going.
