After expressing my disappointment in recent experiences through a feedback survey, one of the mangers Cheryl, immediately responded, apologized and asked if I would give them another chance to make it right. A couple weeks later I gave them another try for pick up and she personally handled everything - even bringing my order to my car and said she checked everything to make sure it was excellent. Then she texted me later to see how my food was! The food and my entire experience...

We went for one of my friend’s birthdays during shark week and our waitress, Amber, was amazing! She was very kind and accommodating when we had people running late and helped us celebrate as well. I will definitely be returning!

Came here for shark week yesterday with my friends to celebrate her birthday! Had such a fun experience the waitress was wonderful, her name was Amber and she was very sweet and gave us a birthday cheesecake with sharks in it! She also took pictures for us in front of the shark props ☺️ It was great and my first time at the restaurant so the service she provided was a great first impression.
