Panda Express in Clarksville came through for us. They ran out of honey walnut shrimp and forgot to start a new batch, but the team hustled the moment they realized. Everyone was kind, apologized without excuses, and got it cooking fast. When it hit the tray it was hot, crispy, and exactly what we wanted. The place was clean, the line moved well, and the staff had great attitudes. Five stars for turning a hiccup into a win. I would happily eat here again.

I give it 4 stars for the employees and only the employees. The ladies at the cash register were kind and spoke so sweetly to my over sitmulated children who have never been here. They didn't mind that it took them a little while to order and were patient and smiled the whole time. The food however was subpar and had clearly been under the heat lamp for a while. But we ate it anyways without complaint because the service was outstanding! The dining room and bathrooms were both really clean and well kept as well. So everything but the food was fantastic and the food was unbearable just not the best. Could have just been a off food day it happens. Will for sure be back.

All because the online order sent me a txt msg stating my order was ready I get there and the girl said no, it’s not ready yet and moved on to finish what she was doing.. on top of No greets when I walked in. When I get my food. HIW FRIDG’N RUDE. smh.. maybe I’ll just come at an appropriate time during the day on Not coming back to this location. But.. wouldn’t matter they can do whatever they want right?.. shame

Didn’t catch her name but the lady at the drive thru was clutch. I was ordering and she def saved me some money by having me get a family meal instead of what I was trying to do. Great service.

Ordered door dash, door dasher got there and they gave away the order to someone else and refused to make the the order for our dasher. When I called the store to let them know that our dasher has not received the food, they stated it wasn’t their problem, wouldn’t give me their name so I at least knew who was giving me the fake info, and hung up on me. The lack of professionalism and willingness to fix an easy issue is honestly shocking. I’ve managed takeout and fast casual restaurants my entire life, and I’d be ashamed of my staff for not fixing such an easy issue and making the customer suffer. Asked for the district managers number and refused to give it to me as well.
