I went to panda express and got a plate from drive thru. I ordered half and half for my side and entrees i ordered orange chicken and kung Pao. there is barely any chow mein. Plate with filled cabbage and onions that they put in the chow mein. And talking about kung pao chicken all i got is peanuts and some vegetables not any chicken. I do not understand why not just tell the customer that we are running out of the dish so that we don’t end up getting what u don’t have and pay for it. Please do Better Panda Express. I would recommend going inside and getting your food. You don’t know what you will get from Drive thru. I Paid $12.92 for bunch vegetables. WORST Experience!

I just showed up at 9:55 to the drive through, and waited for someone to greet me for 10 minutes, eventually pulled up to the window and waited another 15 minutes….i had a woman look at me, see me, and completely ignore me through the window as she’s on her phone laughing and smiling and having fun instead of serving and tending to customers . I went to the front door, it’s locked, although the hours on the building all clearly say it opens at 9:30. They saw me and completely ignored me as if I didn’t exist. Absolutely terrible customer service. Disgusting. Her phone was more important than the business.
