Ridiculous service, after waiting patiently in line when I finally get to the front the worker said she thinks the family of four behind me (who came in after me) is sharing the same check with the family in front of me. She then asks for them to all step in front of me in the line?! Doesn’t ask, just gives a condescending smile and says “Sorry, I think the guy is paying up there for all them so I want to get them through first.” She didn’t even ask if that was ok with me and then on top of that, by the time she finally gets to me they nearly run out of orange chicken and I have to wait again for the next serving to come out which thankfully wasn’t that long but it was the cherry on top for the horrible service my first time at this location. I wanted to walk out and say never mind but I, myself, didn’t want to be rude too.

If you order ahead for pickup at night you can't go inside and have ti wait for the whole drive through to order and have their food made before you can get your food at the windows 20 min later and cold. Please fix this horrible setup.

A nice clean place, the employees were very friendly and professional. The food is good for a fast food place. I just wish they had more options. The wait took a little longer than usual waiting for options that were not ready but it is worth waiting for.

I got the Hot Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, and Cheese Rangoon for lunch. The Orange Chicken was really good but the fried rice was bland and had almost no fried texture and flavoring to it. The service was pretty decent. The Cheese Rangoons tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Overall it was an ok place to eat.

I made a mistake by asking if the last spoon of the Orange Chicken is still hot…I waited for the new batch and was given less the half of what the other order of Orange Chicken received….probably won’t be back.

I had a really disappointing experience during my visit. I placed a pickup order and when I arrived at the drive-thru, I waited for over 10 minutes and no one ever answered. I had to call the store just to get someone to assist me. When I finally received my order, the food was already cold, like it had been sitting there for a long time. I asked if they could replace anything, but they refused to help. Very poor service and customer care this time.

This is the panda express on Wilma in Clarksville TN. I told them I won't a plate they gave me a bowl I said I wanted a plate the person waiting on me rolled her eyes at me and handed the driver the bowl.i was upset.they had it there way.
