Their food is always on point and the drive through workers are always kind. (I've never been inside) I'm sure the other employees are just as great.

It was a lunch rush hour. The wait was 20+ mins (as told per cashier upon entry). There was alot of people waiting for orders. The food overall was delicious as always!!!

The past few times i’ve been to panera i’ve been through the drive-through. It was awful every single time and i don’t think i’ve ever been upset enough to put in a bad review. Today was my last straw i ordered a tuna sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Besides waiting for twenty minutes the sandwich was completely deconstructed in the wrapping ( meaning my tuna was on top of the two pieces of bread) which is ridiculous. i also ordered a sweet tea and received un-sweet. the lady working the drive through needs to find a different job as she rushes you to make a decision but you may not even receive what you ended up ordering. the last time i went there i got grilled cheese and tomato soup and received someone else’s order entirely. She is rude and doesn’t care to be there or to make sure things are done right. Will be driving to riverside for my panera from now on.

Stopped a few days ago and waited 30 min in the line to get two small things. Decided to order online and give it another shot but I still waited 25 min to get through the line. Definitely was not satisfied with my sandwich as it had almost nothing on it (very tiny cheese/tomato) more greens than anything. I really love Panera but I will not be a returning customer, it is to long of a wait & to expensive for the small amount that I received.

Was treated like a a second class citizen. But the people for me was asked if they wanted a sample of the soups.

Went thru drive thru. Had black beans soup and salad. Black bean soup tasted like canned beans heated up. Nothing special. Tasteless. Given a bag of baguettes (bread). Extremely hard. Salad was a salad. Hard to mess that up. Not a fan.

Kaleb was the cashier, he needs to find another job because his attitude is one of “I wish I was anywhere else but here!” when coming in and saying good morning. He just stared at us, when we said we didn’t see the breakfast sandwich right away. He simply stated “breakfast is over.” the food is almost always very good as it was today. The bathrooms, however, needs some serious attention. I blame that on the manager. The budget should include fixing the paper towel holder and fixing the wall that held the paper towel holder, and having people actually clean the bathroom once in a while. What a concept. Oh, and the coffee was four dollars a cup, it was cold, and you have to get it yourself.

Food was pretty good except for the cookies which were at least two days old because they were awfully hard. Expensive lunch for hard old cookies. My Philly cheese was oddly sweet. The smoothies though were quite good.

Ordering is easy and the spot is clean but if you care about flavor this place ain’t it i had they’re chicken pesto dipper and it was so bland even with added bacon the dip barely saved it im not impressed by Panera after the hype ive heard about it

One thing about Panera, even at 6:00am with no one in the drive thru, they’re going to be incompetent and inconsistent. The employee rushed me to order to begin with. I ordered an Asagio Bagel. This is what I got. Might as well had ordered a plain bagel. You’re telling me the employee who toasted this couldn’t see that this is far from what a typical Asagio bagel looks like? Then filled my iced coffee with so much ice I had two sips off coffee in the cup. This location has been getting worse and worse the more I go. Just find somewhere else to get breakfast!

You can't go wrong with panera. I git my usual breakfast sandwich. If they read this please go back to offering your over easy egg on your sandwiches.

Such a nice panera!! I was on the road for 8 hours straight and pulled in. Front end clerk was delightful and helped me stack my order to sub something to save some money. And then the manager checked on me twice. And the kitchen staff was friendly as can be. Will be back!! Ordered chipotle chicken Avacado melt and fruit cup and chips and a tulip cookie. And she even asked me what color cookie I wanted. How sweet. Staff members were: Victor, Tina, Serenity.
