I was Ubering and had a pick up for this location. When I arrived the manager informed me that the order was going to be 15 minutes. Currently now going on 26 minutes and not a single update while the crew makes jokes about if people even celebrate Hanukkah disrespecting people’s possible faith. Just unprofessional and a let down.

We just had the most caring crew at Riverside Panera Bread! They were so thorough when taking our very large order and made sure the bag was handed over gently so the bag didn’t tear. The manager personally came out to make sure we had everything we needed before we drove off! This type of service is what will keep us coming back! Thanks Panera Bread!

First of all, we have loved Panera for years! NOT ANYMORE... The lady at the checkout told me if I go to the kiosk I can see pictures so naturally I thought I can also get the ingredients, NO. so I had to go back up to the counter and ask for a few different items bc it wasn't on the board either, everyone was now busy with drive thru so I waited and finally another lady stepped up to help & gave me the info after she looked it up. My sandwich had chicken, with cheese and 2-3 super thin slices of old red onion but the bread was a 10 for freshness & their was a fair amount of chicken. My apple salad was very good but had some old lettuce leaves. Not offered choice of bread apple or chips. I love getting my food on ceramic and coffee in a cup but everything was in plastic. The is turning into FAST FOOD, NOT what I want to go to anymore. BTW, do you think this is skewed, I DO! see pic.

I absolutely love coming to Panera! Every visit is a pleasure thanks to their consistently friendly and helpful staff. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that makes you feel welcome.
The fresh baked goods are a real standout – you can truly taste the quality. Whether it’s a buttery croissant, a warm cinnamon roll, or one of their delicious artisan breads, everything tastes like it just came out of the oven. It’s clear they take pride in what they serve.
On top of that, the service is always prompt, and the café is kept clean and inviting. It’s the perfect spot for a casual lunch, a quick coffee break, or just to relax with a good book and a pastry.
Highly recommend this location – great food, great people, and a great atmosphere!

When did Panera become fast food and not a relaxing, slow paced environment? It's been a while since I've been to Panera, about 2 years. I was shocked to see our food come out in all take out containers, hospital cafe style. My Italian salad had literally one slice of salami on it and it tasted like dirt. I couldn't even eat it. My sandwich was so dry. Since when do the you pick two meals not even come with a drink??? I couldn't believe how much money we paid to leave hungry and without drinks. The portion sizes are so small now!

The Italian Steak and Mozz was absolutely delicious. Perfectly made. The chicken wild rice soup was yummy 10/10, and the new strawberry basil drink was exactly what i’d hope for. It was perfect. I will definitely be back❤️😋

i literally just wanted a french baguette. this was my second time coming through the drive thru. I originally asked for a full sandwich and I only got a half, so i went back and then..... guy at the window said it came with one. and he LIED.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this was the worst experience I have had at Panera. The cashier (Sierra) was short with us the whole interaction and when we took our food and said thank you she was glaring at my husband. We hadn't done anything. No crazy edits to the order, no silly questions about the food, and we were polite even though she was short with us. We didn't realize until after we drove away that we were never asked about rewards and weren't given a receipt, so we have no way to add this visit to our account. After parking across the street to eat before continuing with our day, I saw that my sandwich had bad avocado on it. Avocado isn't supposed to be black on the edges or spotted... and because we didn't get a receipt, I had no way to complain to the store directly without reorganizing my day so I could go back and show the people inside. Overall this was a really bad experience and I hope no one else has one like this.
