This is a tough one. I ordered 30 boneless wings and 2 pizzas. My husband and grandson went to pick it up. When I opened the chicken one piece had trash on it, a string and a wad if some black fibers. I called and spoke to the manager and ask her to ask her employees if they dropped the chicken. She immediately said the person that picked them up dropped them. She said there was a trail on the road along with the paper that goes on top. My husband is adamant about not dropping them. I tend to usually believe him. I guess I won’t order from there anymore. He picked them up at the window. If he dropped them they would have fallen at the through window.

I've been ordering pizza from this location for over 10 years. All deals are now on the app and a foreign call center. Called to speak with a manager when the app glitched and wouldn't let me check out for four tries and 20 mins trying on my phone. They cannot redeem any deals in store or coupons. I want to speak to a human, get the same price across the board , and just order a pie. Y'all just lost my business to Marcos over the phone at full price for the same meal and was 4 bucks cheaper..... The pizza is great btw. Keep farming out your work to other countries And see how long you're in business.

Very disappointed they passed my delivery off to doordash. It was delivered on time but I didn't know it was because they didn't knock on the door or hand it to me, which is what the directions were. And as much as I love this buffalo chicken bowl, they don't put in enough buffalo sauce

I would give a five star a year ago but now it isn't being around the same and it's just not a good quick place to eat they are understaffed their wait times or atrocious but a different Papa John's may serve you better cuz the food is really good a lot of the employees are awesome but I don't know about the management side. That was my experience you should see for yourself and maybe better for you.
The worst food I ever ordered was from Papa John's on Madison Street the pizza was burned they gave us some garlic parmesan breadsticks that look like they came out of a scary movie and they were also burned I have the pictures and when I tried to make a complaint to a person who said they were the manager they would not give their name and said we were only trying to get free pizza I wouldn't even eat the stuff free

I ordered buffalo wings, and a meatball papanini. The wings were great for pizza place wings. The meatballs were a bit lacking in flavor, making the whole sandwich a bit bland. The driver was friendly and timely. Ordering wings and meatball sandwich, some napkins in the bag would’ve been appreciated.

Tried to pay cash for a $35 order and they told me they would not take a $50 or two $20s. They made me leave and go to another business to exchange for four $10s claiming they would not take anything over $10. Last time I checked a $20 spent the exact same way as two $10s. It's always something wrong with this location every time I order.
