THE BEST! Always a 10/10! Perfectly cooked pizza every time. The Alfredo pizza is amazing! Staff is kind and helpful with orders! Great deals in the app too!

Use to be a good place then suddenly they stopped giving a shit. Last time i ordered my food was about an hour late, didnt have my wntire order, never came back with the rest, then when i called for a refund i was told if it didnt go through it wasnt their problem.

Gave it a day then called back with a clearer head to explain and was told i was given a free pizza and i should expect my money back within a few business days.

Still no money or free pizza, will never order delivery, may order takeout but i highly doubt it after this.

Id give 0 stars if i could but i cant so 1 it is

Tried to order on the phone and spent more than 15 minutes getting thru t
hen price was over 30 dollars for 2 med pizzas. Finally told lady that was difficult to understand, to never mind I was at Dominoes pizza. 10 minutes later I was on my way home with pizza and was much cheaper. Didn't like the phone system, time spent or the price.

Ordered a square cut pizza, went to pick it up. It was wrong. Didn’t notice until I got home once I got home and called the store, The manager was hesitant to do a remake and said “I normally don’t do remakes, the pizza is okay though right?” Totally disregarding the fact that I selected the square cut option on the app.

Huge shout out to Papa John's on Wilma and our delivery driver tonight! He was earlier than expected do we werent even paying attention. He waited for 10 MINUTES for us to to come to the door! We greatly appreciate his patience! And the food was still hot and amazing!

I wanted to highlight the exceptional service we received from Hanna at Papa John’s on Wila Rudloph . A couple of months ago, we had a challenging experience with an order, but Hannah truly turned things around for us. She took the time to ensure that every kids' meal was tailored to meet the special needs of our players and was incredibly kind throughout the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised by how much effort she put in to make things right. Her dedication and customer care demonstrate qualities that would make her an excellent candidate for a general manager position. Papa johns needs to take head to the kind of worker Hannah is! I ordered a pizza and it came through DoorDash and I don’t like anybody handing my food. I don’t even order door dash period. I’m very disappointed with this company because they don’t even consider asking people if it’s ok or not. They don’t have pizza bags so food arrives cold. Smh

Person who answered the phone had a horrible accent and didn't seem customer oriented at all. Had to repeat my address 3 times! At that point I didn't feel confident that my pizza would be delivered properly. Plus how is my food going to be prepared when such a struggle exist to place an order
