Love Papa Johns, it's always been my go-to pizza place, but this location doesn't always get everything right. More than once they have forgotten extra sauces I have ordered, if you're going to charge an extra $1 for 1 little sauce cup I expect to get it everytime. Also more than once I have instructed for my pizzas to be well done and they aren't. Actually the last few times they have been undercooked. Otherwise I have no other complaints, they're usually always fast and fresh.

First and LAST TIME ordering from this place. After spending almost $40 on 2 pizzas and tipping the driver ahead of time, he shows up with one pizza and drove away before my wife even realized it. when I called the store back to find out where the rest of my order was, the guy who answered tells me it's going to be at least 40 minutes before they will be back out with the other pizza. I let him know that was unacceptable service and he proceeded to tell me it would take longer if I stayed on the phone complaining. They're always sooo cockey over the phone. Anyways, At least I won't have to worry about getting late lousy overpriced pizza again!!!

Large orders came out right, the staff worked well together, and they made sure we were taken care of. Might have to order ahead when they are busy, they can only do so much.

Very good food but with basically only one person taking orders and checking you out, it took almost 15 minutes to pick up my pizza and go. A couple in front of me hadn't ordered ahead and had no idea what they wanted! And no one else was using the second register. On a busy night, that's NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Austin made me feel welcome from the beginning to the end of my visit. He made sure my order was just as requested. Sam was busy working hard to ensure the store was nice and clean. maintaining a clean organized work space is very appealing considering food is prepared here. Great customer service and awesome overall experience. Will be returning!

Ordered pizza to be delivered and had to drive up there and get my pizza. The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address. all in all it took me an hour and 45 minutes to get my food I ordered. And they didn't refund me the tip I paid the driver. will not order here again.

We picked up our pizza in less than 10 minutes after it was ready. They were all 3 overcooked, dry with very little sauce, and the pepperoni was so overcooked, that it was difficult to bite through the crust. 2 out of 3 were very disappointing. The other was "meh".

It's Me

My experience today with MARA or however you spell her name is provided the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! And she’s the MANAGER! She refused to provide the General Manager’s NAME. My pizza was delivered completely incorrect, I contacted the store, first she didn’t speak, apologize or confirm what I should have received! She just offered to refund, remake or credit me! I of course asked for it to be remade - her confirmation was to hang the phone up in my face after I said, thank you and asked for her name. I returned the call back to her and her excuse of being rude and unprofessional was “we are busy” yet I’m a paying customer, spent $37 dollars of their mistake then be disrespected and receive TERRIBLE customer service. I just moved to the area and NOT one business has been the way she treated me! She didn’t allow me to talk, just she’ll refund me.. my continuous question was WHY are yo being rude and treating me this way… NO excuse! From reading the comments on Google, clearly there is NO accountability or respect for consumers; I hope whomever the GM is read the comments and do better to educate your employees especially that hold management positions. It’s unnecessary and speaks volumes about YOU as the GM and company. Unacceptable!

Mara (however she spells her name) do better, you will reap what you sow! You will be the cause to lose business!

Every time we order from here, we never get our full order or it's wrong. Tonight we were missing an entire 2 liter of Pepsi and half our pizza was missing pepperoni. Happens every time.
