Papa Johns Pizza

Entered the store the girl folding the box acted like it was too much to greet me and asked what I needed. When the register guy came up and asked what I needed she said idk I didn’t ask. He comes ask me if im ordering. No im here for a pick up. After loudy talking amongst themselves about not knowing where the pizza order is he casually says oh i need to get my manager. The manager comes from the back doesn’t address me or ask anything acts like it’s such a bother to come to the front and assist the people she’s managing, doesn’t address me either, it’s just oh reprint the order. No apologies acknowledgment nada. I don’t get addressed until I ask hey is someone going to speak to me directly then it’s oh I’m sorry this happened. I get mistakes happen but you know what’s not a mistake shitty ass customer service from everyone in the store including the manager.

They should really take the time to train their staff to actually READ the instructions that are requested by the customers. We are not only spending our hard earned money but also giving a tip to show our appreciation. Take the time to read what is requested.

They have to many kids working im very particular about my food. My pizza is dry I asked for extra sauce I think they gave me no sauce . I asked for extra cheese and that’s burnt. This is the 3rd time I’ve been very disappointed by this restaurant and I order here once a week

If I could give no zero rating I would. My son order pizza at this location on Thursday 10/3/24 for 3 large pizza and bread sticks order came out to about 74.38.After waiting over hour for delivery they called and was informed that no order had been take. This would had been fine but they debit his card twice for the same amount. When they called was advised they didn't have a order for this transaction but did state they had debit his card. Was advised to check his account on Friday and if was still showing to contact them now they are stating it will take 2 to4 day before the credit at the mistake. I will no longer be order from this location.

So disappointed

I saw this Papa Johns and since I have never had their pizza I decided to try it. I ordered online. I ordered the Epic Garlic Stuffed Crust pepperoni, large. As I waited in the parking lot I received a text it was ready. The two girls working were both very nice. The pizza was so hot in the box it was hard to carry. The box also felt heavy like it wasn't your ordinary thin ole pizza. The pizza was good. The cutting of the pizza was odd. 2 huge slices and some smaller slices with a few tiny slices. Strange. Peppers just laid inside the box, along with 3 garlic sauces just laid inside the box. Didn't care for that, putting possible dirty condiments packages on my fresh cooked food. All in all the pizza was good, with a good thick stuffed crust, but NO garlic flavor. Cost was $20+ As to just the epic crust was 13.99 (which I believe I received although the box says garlic epic). Ill stick to Lil C's Crazy Stuffed Garlic Crust it was cheaper and more tastier. Will I order Papa Johns again. Naa. I was curious since I had never had it, and now that I have.. Not great enough to retry.

The cashier checked my order and noticed that the bananas peppers were inside the box. I had pay for 2 extra and get 1 with the pizza. So He goes where the peppers are and He’s brings 3 peppers with his hand to put in the pizza box. I Stopped him and said I Don’t want them. It was another Customer who seen him and just shook his head. I will not be ordering from the Papa John restaurant on Tiny Town Road again!!!!!!

My order is wrong, pizza isn't cut, and it took a long time to get it. I will never order papa John's agian, I have been ordering pizza hut for years and never had an issue. I will continue to order from pizza hut. I hate papa John's.

For some reason we hadn't had PJ'S in a long time. (We eat pizza almost every week but have been trying the Mom-n-Pops around town.) We decided to get Papa's and we won't stray ever again! I forgot how delicious it is! Amazing crust and generous toppings. We always order one with everything on it. What I like the most is that the cheese goes on TOP of the toppings. I worked at a pizzeria in New Jersey when I was in high school and that's what we did there. It makes such a difference! Also, I messed up my order online and when I called the store Mary was so polite and helpful and fixed my screw-up with no hassle. Thanks for a great experience! I'll never stray again!
