Came in to get my usual the philly which is amazing every time , but what was even better was the customer service by Luis and sparkle they were so kind and friendly and welcoming 10 out of 10

Food was A1, this guy name Terrence asked did I want to buy a cookie, I said no at first but he convinced me it was the best chocolate chunk cookies I'll ever taste, AND BOY WAS HE RITE!!!!!

There was a little bit of the wait, but the food was worth it! The fries were fresh and the service was awesome too. We will visit again!

The manager on duty is a best in class food service manager! He made sure my experience was exceptional even though my order entered in the register was a little wonky. He quickly fixed the tiny mistake. My food came out hot and was super fresh. The atmosphere of this Penn Station makes sure I come back each time I visit the Clarksville area! Thanks again Clarksville team for top notch service!

It was just Sparkle by herself she had excellent customer service and I love how kind and happy she was to be at work being the only one there I would have felt overwhelmed but she did amazing job

I loved their Philly cheese sub on whole grain bread. I ordered a small with mushrooms. My son ordered the classic Italian on white bread and we shared a family order of fries. The sandwichs were moist and fully loaded. You could taste all the ingredients individually. The fries were seasoned just right and we couldn't eat them all. They had a different taste to their sandwichs and I loved them. The inside was very clean and organized. The coupon on Tuesday just sweetened the deal. 5 stars

Found several pieces of plastic in my sub.

No fries, do not accept Apple Pay, did not want to honor a coupon… makes it pretty hard to give this place business

I honestly don’t know what to say.

We made an online order for 2 subs and some fries which came out to be $36. You’d think for that price the subs would be good right? Well that is definitely not the case.

Those have to be the most BLAND subs i’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting. The only part of the sandwich that had any flavor was the banana peppers. The rest of it might as well have been water.

The fries were overcooked and salty.

You should spend your money somewhere where the price aligns with the taste. This establishment should be embarrassed charging that much for this mush.

We were very disdapointed in our experience at this Penn Station. Service was slow, they were low on white bread, and ran out of turkey while making our order. The staff was on their phones when we walked in and the tables were dirty and there was no soap in the womens restroom. We could have eaten at a sit down restaurant and tipped a watiress/er for the amount we spent.
The best thing about our experience was our fresh cut fries.

Under new management only makes a difference when the new managers are in site. Otherwise it's the same old slow.service and the one girl is always on her phone talking to a friend loudly and sometimes ignores customers. The soft spoken gentlemen was very helpful, but seemed a little under trained

We didn't eat, but we did sit in and have a drink while waiting on a ride and the staff was super friendly.
