I came in later then usual Andre and Hannah was very kind, they greeted me as soon as I came in, the service was fast and great! Thank you!

Everything was great. The only issue is not everyone wants to have a weed smell throughout the restaurant while you are eating. Not everyone smokes pot and some don’t want to smell it. I thought about eating in the bathroom because that was the only place it didn’t smell like weed, but the bathroom was gross too! Hard pass

Against my better judgement, we went to the PennStation in Clarksville, TN last night and it was horrible (was horrible last time too, that's why I said I would not go back). We ordered 3 subs and they all came out wrong. When I told the girl who delivered them, she literally just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. The guy at the counter argued with me and said I didn't tell him but I explicitly told him how we wanted them. He was the only one cooking and taking orders, maybe if he had help, he would not have been so distracted. He ended up remaking two of the subs, but we got more bread then toppings. The lack of respect and care for their customers is insane. I will stick to it this time and not go back.

Experienced great service and observed handling other customers kindly. Today was a very positive experience with the entire crew working together. Sandwich rolls for cheesesteaks and the fresh fries made the trip in worth it.

Ordered the regular size club sub but unfortunately it didn't quite make it to club status! They asked if I wanted the bread heated or cold, I opted for cold and unfortunately recieved it warm and crunchy. The sub literally came with one slice of turkey, literally one slice of ham and 2 small pieces of bacon with no mustard in sight. I asked to add pickles and vinegar/ oil and only received pickles so atleast getting the pickles totally made the rest of sub not trash! <

I had lunch there, the fries are made out of big I think Russet's potatoes. They taste differently than the other fast food places, the sub was good and the lady was attentive. It's a busy place.

For this to be the only location in Clarksville they’re terrible. If I didn’t live so far away from the establishment I would’ve turned around and got a refund. My sandwich was dry and wasn’t made correctly. As you can see in the pic there was barely any meat on it. I asked for extra banana peppers and mayo in addition to onions and lettuce. All I got was partial meat and cheese with 2-3 banana peppers and a little bit of mayo. I asked for mayo packets just in case. I also had another sandwiched and medium fry (not pictured) that was horrible. My fries were cold and weren’t even filled up and the second sandwich was made the same as the first. WILL NOT BE BACK🙄

I called in my order on 8/29 at 5:19 pm and when I arrived at 5:55 pm I was told the order took twenty minutes?Why? And when I get home My turkey with cheese and Avacados on had three strips of turkey some lettuce and no avocado or cheese… the employees were very rude and nasty……I use to like the place. It now have second thoughts everyone beware

Keyshawn hooked it up! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever ate! Definitely recommend coming to eat here when he is manning the grill! This man deserves a raise. As a pregnant picky woman he knew exactly how to prep my food perfectly!

My husband and I ate here for the first time tonight. The food, atmosphere and service was 5 stars. I had the philly cheese steak and my husband had the chicken bacon ranch sandwhich. They were delicious. I would also like to say your staff Keshawn and Louis were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our dining experience tonight.

Came in months ago to get my sub I ordered online. Workers were acting clueless, didn’t acknowledged anything I said about a refund. They didn’t write my number down or anything. I had to call myself to figure it out, no answer.. Talked to a manager and she seemed nice, she said the owner has to look at it and give you a refund. She called me a few days later and told me my refund was approved. So I been waiting for over a month or two, to get a refund. Looks like I’m not getting a refund.. I eat here often, so this kind of unprofessionalism makes me not want to come back.
