Penn Station East Coast Subs

Found several pieces of plastic in my sub.

No fries, do not accept Apple Pay, did not want to honor a coupon… makes it pretty hard to give this place business

Got subs, chicken parm was tasty.

I honestly don’t know what to say.

We made an online order for 2 subs and some fries which came out to be $36. You’d think for that price the subs would be good right? Well that is definitely not the case.

Those have to be the most BLAND subs i’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting. The only part of the sandwich that had any flavor was the banana peppers. The rest of it might as well have been water.

The fries were overcooked and salty.

You should spend your money somewhere where the price aligns with the taste. This establishment should be embarrassed charging that much for this mush.

We were very disdapointed in our experience at this Penn Station. Service was slow, they were low on white bread, and ran out of turkey while making our order. The staff was on their phones when we walked in and the tables were dirty and there was no soap in the womens restroom. We could have eaten at a sit down restaurant and tipped a watiress/er for the amount we spent.
The best thing about our experience was our fresh cut fries.

Under new management only makes a difference when the new managers are in site. Otherwise it's the same old slow.service and the one girl is always on her phone talking to a friend loudly and sometimes ignores customers. The soft spoken gentlemen was very helpful, but seemed a little under trained

We didn't eat, but we did sit in and have a drink while waiting on a ride and the staff was super friendly.

For this to be the only location in Clarksville they’re terrible. If I didn’t live so far away from the establishment I would’ve turned around and got a refund. My sandwich was dry and wasn’t made correctly. As you can see in the pic there was barely any meat on it. I asked for extra banana peppers and mayo in addition to onions and lettuce. All I got was partial meat and cheese with 2-3 banana peppers and a little bit of mayo. I asked for mayo packets just in case. I also had another sandwiched and medium fry (not pictured) that was horrible. My fries were cold and weren’t even filled up and the second sandwich was made the same as the first. WILL NOT BE BACK?

The meal I ordered was okay. I kind of thought the fries were over cooked and very greasy. I didnt have enough meat on my sandwich. Otherwise, it is an okay establishment. The service was very good. I had a very helpful employee who accepted my payment and gave me my order. Since the last time I came here, the prices have gone up like everything else. It was 16 dollars for my small sub, small fry and drink. I didn't think it was worth this much for one person.

Walk in and I thought it was closed, and no one greet me. It was dark and not inviting to come. The staff wasn't friendly at all. I have visited this location 3 times and it is the same each time. The food is good, but it not as good as it used to be.

Tried to call in order but no one answered. Cook was rude and refused to serve me 2 hours before closing . Asked for the GM's name and number but was threatened with the cops being called. Will not be back for a while.

Wonderful attitude and polite, we truly enjoyed our visit … our food came out in a timely manner and was very tasteful, we definitely will return and recommend to anyone wanting great food friendly staff… Manager was awesome!!! … we ordered Philly Steak Sandwiches !!! The Cookie was a top tier soft and hit the spot !!!
