To find an authentic Egyptian food in this area is a wonderful feeling, although it’s not a restaurant type dinning location, they have eat in tables for those who prefer to eat inside that’s how majority of people in Egypt finds on the food carts and small little hard working restaurants. The food was good specially that they have items you don’t find in a restaurant such as Hawawshi and Koshari! These items are mostly street everyday hard working Egyptian person eats in Egypt. A little pricey I found the menu, but I still grant 5 stars on everything.Vegetarian options: Falafel sandwich with hummus and tahini salads and Egyptian salad on pita bread pickles assortmentsAll Egyptian vegetarian foods.Kid-friendliness: They offered another client a sampler for his son to make an order decision.

In an unassuming location, this is a diamond in the rough. Inviting faces and attitudes greet you when you walk through the door. The food is delicious! We tried several different sandwiches, so we could sample a variety. The Kofta sandwich was my favorite of the ones we tried. It was savory meat with a bit of sweet topped with a creamy sauce that paired perfectly. The hummus with the softest warm pita almost melts in your mouth. The chicken shish kebob sandwich was tender and creamy with the best crunch of cucumber. You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu.

I would like to start by saying that the service was wonderful and everyone was kind and welcoming. I ordered 3 beef shawarmas, 20 piece extra hot wings and two packs of baklava for $93… I had high hopes for that price. The shawarma was greasy and I didn’t love the pickles. 3.5/5 because it was still enjoyable. The wings were soggy, salty and not spicy at all. 3/5 The baklava was tasty 4.5/5. Overall for a new place, I will be back to try other items but definitely see the potential.Dietary restrictions: Halal foodParking: About 15-20 spots

We've been here twice so far and will DEFINITELY return. It's super authentic middle eastern food. We are big foodies so we like to get a little of everything. In 2 visits we've tried the falafel platter, mix shish kebab, Egyptian juices, chicken shawarma, hawawshi, beef liver sandwich, basbousa, and special kunafa.I've never had beef liver but this beef liver sandwich is very good. I love that it was prepared well so you don't get that iron taste that you would from organ meats. I love the spices used, very simple but so good.Highly recommend the chicken shawarma. It's so tasty and probably the best I've had. The sauce is everything.the falafel wasn't as good as I thought it would be, kinda dry and had some coriander seeds or something in it.hawawshi is like lahm bi ajeen or manoushe (other Middle Eastern dishes) without za'atar but made like a sandwich like two put together. It's very tasty and one of my favorites.the kebabs were very tasty and full of flavor. Gotta have the authentic drink with this meal, Egyptian juices. We tried the guava and the mango juice. Very good. Next time I'll try the coffee. The desserts, the basbousa was like a sweet cornbread soaked in a little simple syrup (which is used in most Middle Eastern desserts) with a nut in the middle. It's now one of my new favorite desserts it's so good. The last one I knew it would be good because I LOVE this dessert; kunafa. You gotta say you want the "special" kunafa. They make this one fresh and it takes some time but it is very much worth it. Kunafa is made with shredded phyllo dough, sweet cheese and a simple syrup. It is baked so the phyllo gets crispy and the cheese melts then ladled with the syrup when it comes out. Sometimes topped with pistachios. It comes to the table and you crack into it and do the cheese pull. ???It's cold inside so wear something warm.Parking: Plenty of parking

Flavors were totally spot on. Great people. So delicious. The gyro was amazing-- next time I would ask for lighter sauce, but it was delicious. Mixed grill... so good. Thank you!!

Love the lamb chops (at least 3-4 bones), shawarma and the Egyptian drinks in the coolers are really tasty. Very flavorful. Definitely a treat to try a new place in town! Don’t order online through Google as they are not accepting orders and I had to call GrubHub to get a refund. Delicious food, but PRICEY!

Very delicious food with some extremely friendly folks that are ready to serve. The chicken and rice platter was delicious, but I couldn't get over how amazing the side salad was. Their "Egyptian cheesecake" (I can't remember the actual name of it) is very rich and will satisfy your sweet tooth, but make sure you have someone to help you eat it cause it's huge! Will definitely return.
